Okay, right now I'm going to show you how to update the status of any dispute item. So let's say you've imported a credit report or you added items manually into a client's account. You created letters in the Dispute wizard, and then a few weeks later, you hear back from a credit bureau or all the credit bureaus that an item has changed status, it's been deleted, it's been verified, etc. What you want to do is log in to that client's dashboard and then you can click this button that says View or update all dispute items, or just click this tab up here that says dispute items. They both go to the same place. Now, here on this page, you are going to see a list view of all the dispute items you've added or imported to this client's dashboard. And you can look at this in two ways. You can look at it in this list view or you can view it in Report view, which shows it in the format of a credit report, but it's easier to work with in list view. So item comes back. So when we import an item from the credit report and it's negative, it's going to have a negative status. Once we create a dispute letter and save that dispute letter, the status is going to change to in dispute. Now, when we hear back from the bureau that this item has changed status, all we have to do is click that item and we can change the status to deleted or verified or whatever it has changed to. We're going to change these to deleted and then watch what happens. All these in disputes, bingo changed to deleted and that is going to be updated. And we see those changes in these charts, in these numbers, and the client will see them when they log into their portal. That's how easy it is to change the status of a dispute item manually in Credit Repair Cloud. Thanks for being a Credit Repair Cloud user.
