Okay, once you import an online credit report, you will be here on the preview credit report page. So here you've got two options. One, you can go through and tag all the items. Or two, you can save this report as pending to finish it later. I'm going to show you how to go through the credit report. So, first section has our credit scores and the client's personal information. If you want to dispute any of these items, you just click on them and it'll create a dispute that the item is inaccurate. This is the credit summary. You don't need to do anything here. These are all the credit inquiries. If you want to dispute an inquiry, you just click on it and up pop these red arrows to add a reason and instructions. You can choose any you like. I'm going to choose this inquiry was not authorized and please remove it from my credit report. Now, as we scroll down the list, all the negative items are flagged in red. So all we have to do for each one is choose a reason and an instruction for each negative item as we go down the list. And it's just as simple as this. And then once we have tagged all the negative items, we don't have to do anything for the positive items. So when we get to the bottom, all we have to do is click on one of these buttons to save our work and that populates all the items to the rest of the software. We can run the Credit Dispute wizard to create letters. And here's the best part. When our client logs into his portal, he's going to see credit scores imported and all the items from the credit SC report status of the work we're doing, and he can click here to see a detailed view. So that's how to use the preview credit report page. And thank you for being a credit repair cloud user.
