Hey Millie, welcome.
Hello, hello. How y'all doing? Daniel and Keenan, how y'all doing today?
Doing awesome. Thanks so much for being here.
This is a great opportunity to be here, to be able to share with fellow, um, Credit Repair Cloud community as well as those in a credit repair industry. And then you have a lot of people who have— who are also, um, offering funding. So those are different industries that I definitely have a lot of background information on, knowledge on, and being able to take those businesses to the next level. So I'm super excited to be here.
We're excited too. And we want to know everything, but let's start with where did you grow up and what was your life like?
Yes, absolutely. So I'm born and raised in Chicago. I traveled back and forth from, after growing up, like I said, born and raised in Chicago, graduated grammar school, high school here, went to college here as well. And then after I, you know, got older, I traveled over Arizona to kind of finish out my degree. Pretty much he helped cultivate the skill within me. I started business, or, you know, my journey in entrepreneurship as a graphic designer. You know, I didn't have bad credit, but I didn't have good credit either, right? I didn't have a properly structured profile. And what led me into understanding that I really needed credit and the importance of credit is when my mom was suffering on her deathbed and I had to leave my job to be able to take care of her. I didn't have any backup plans, right? I had to leave my job to take care of her because she was dealing with cancer. And my aunt is the one who introduced and said, Millie, get a credit card. So I went to try to get a credit card. I couldn't get a credit card because I didn't have credit, right? So then I had to start with a secured credit card. Um, I lost my mom in 2015, and that pretty much— I went into depression, right? So after about a year of depression, Um, I finally was like, you know what, it's time to get up, it's time to pick things up and get life rolling, right? So I went back to school. Finally, when I graduated in 2018, I decided, hey, that working for someone was not for me. Um, so I decided I quit my job, moved back to Chicago, and I went full force into my business. As an early-on business owner or entrepreneur, we, we kind of tap into different lanes and different things like that until you kind of find what's really for you. So, um, being in the entrepreneurship journey, I came across my first opportunity, which was to start credit repair. At the same time, I'm running a design, printing, marketing company, and then I end up tapping into the credit repair industry as well. Um, so that's when I came across Credit Repair Cloud. Things were still not— it was still a little rocky, right? So I wasn't quite at that point where I was able to scale the business, but when I learned This one thing is what opened up my understanding when I learned about funnels and automations, and that was through the Recession Proof program. He was teaching us how to be able to create a lead magnet, a digital product, right? So we, we were able to white label an ebook that we all had access to, to rebrand it and, you know, go out and sell it to be able to bring in, you know, leads into your business to offer. Um, let's say, say someone is not quite ready for you to fix their credit, but they want to learn about credit, right? So we were able to create an ebook that teaches them, hey, these are like, let's just say, the first 5 steps to fixing your credit. I'm building a foundation of, you know, fixing your credit. So what was strange about that was, because I'm a graphic designer, I just kind of followed suit what everyone was doing at the time, and I designed my own ebook. I built my own funnel through ClickFunnels at the time, and I put it in our, in our community group. and everybody fell in love with it, right? So from there, that opened up another revenue stream for me where now I'm tapping into not just learning about the funnels, but now building them for other credit repair industry, uh, credit repair business owners. Um, from there, I've been a full-time business owner for 8 years, so I've learned a lot of different strategies, a lot of different methods, and have been able to help. I have worked with a lot of people in the credit repair industry, a lot of people in the funding industry, to pretty much automate their business. to generate leads and sales, to continue to scale. So yes.
That's amazing. Um, I want to get back to something you mentioned earlier because I want this to sink in for people. Why do most entrepreneurs struggle with consistent cash flow even when they're posting content every day? And what systems actually fix that?
So one of my favorite sayings is what I always repeat back to myself, but also to my, to my students and to my clients as well. The more leads you create, the more cash flow you would generate. Without leads coming into your business every day, it's almost impossible to generate cash flow. So what I learned is that most people really don't have a content problem, they really have a system problem. So whether you are creating content every day or not, or you're posting content every day, whether you— what, it doesn't really matter the social media platform. They're showing up every day, they're trying, but they just don't have the structure behind them, not putting out the content. They don't have a structure. So what I learned is in order to systemize and structure your business, even though you have the content that you're posting, most people don't have that follow-up system on the back end. They don't have a funnel in place. There's no automations. So what happens? They're getting the attention, right? But there's no conversions happening because they're not able to collect the leads that is coming into their business or people that are seeing them through social media. So like I said, what changed everything for me and what opened up my understanding was realizing that content should be able to lead somewhere, okay? So that is where your landing pages and your funnels come into place. It should lead them to a landing page, right? Typically, a lot of people are probably not familiar with this term, but an opt-in page. An opt-in page is where you simply create an offer, like you said, a lead magnet, digital products, or whatever the case may be. Whenever you're posting content, you want to drive that traffic to your opt-in page where you're collecting an email, where you're collecting the phone number, and you're collecting their name. Because I'm going to tell you something, over the course of these last 8 years, I learned that really hard because I used to put out content. My favorite platform at the time was Facebook. This is really before I ever tapped into Instagram, um, because I'm not a— I'm not a camera person. So I love being able to just be on, uh, Facebook where I could just write content and different things like that. But I would say back in like 2019, my Facebook page got hacked. Oh, my Facebook page got hacked and I was pretty, pretty much completely shut down for months because I couldn't get back on social media. They— I got hacked and Facebook pretty much shut me down, so I couldn't even create another page for a while. Um, so what did that do for my business, right? That tanked my business because it's like, now what do I do when you don't have access to the people that you have access to, to be able to consistently post content, you know what I'm saying? At this particular time, I didn't understand that automations and systems was important. So my business, business pretty much tanked. It was like almost starting over. So once I was able to finally get back on social media, it was like starting business all over again because now I'm rebuilding an audience of people who don't know me. So I had to get back, I had to like really get back into the groove of things. So I learned like I can no longer rely on just posting content I have to be able to drive this, this, this traffic to where I'm not technically like renting, um, my audience, but building a list. So that I learned that that was very important.
Now the bulk of our watchers and listeners are probably in the early parts of their business. People, I don't know if people know or don't know, but, uh, the CRC Marketing Hub is built from GoHighLevel. And it's, but it's been supercharged and integrated into Credit Repair Cloud.
Okay.
So we bring all these tools that you use. The amazing part is this used to cost a lot of money and now it's free in their Credit Repair Cloud and they're not using it. Very, very few. So if someone's running their business on Credit Repair Cloud, but they're not using the CRC Marketing Hub, what would you say to them?
I would say it's time to use the Marketing Hub. And the reason why I say that is because years ago, before you all offered the Marketing Hub, like I said, I started with the Credit Repair Cloud software. And you, like, you literally had to integrate Credit Repair Cloud to HighLevel by yourself. And at that time, um, I, I worked with a lot of clients, whereas they was like, Millie, I need to automate my business because I need to automate the nurturing, I need to automate the follow-up, I need to automate the onboarding, I need to do all these different things. And because you all have been able to incorporate that. Now, years ago, that wasn't available, so people had to pay top dollar in a sense to be able to take all these different pieces and bring them into one to make that puzzle, to make it work. So I would say, I would definitely recommend that if you are a Credit Repair Cloud user, definitely tap into the, the Marketing Hub because it's going to save you a lot of money, time, and energy, right? So the goal is, even now with being able to leverage AI, for me as a business owner What people have to understand is saving time, energy, money, and effort is, is game-changing. Once you've been able to do that, you can like step back a little bit and breathe. You can create time freedom for yourself. You have those leads flowing in, they're being nurtured, going from being able to come in as a lead to, you know, actually paying for services. And now even once they become a paying client, imagine being able to automate the onboarding. I remember the days where I was incorporating HighLevel, using Zapier, and using all the different features, the API, um, the APIs that you had available to be able to connect those two platforms together and create the— like, I literally still have like that stuff built in my system. So I would say definitely it's going to save you time, it's going to save you energy, it's going to save you money because you have it at your fingertips. So lead generation as a business owner is very important. Nurturing Follow-up is very important. So definitely tap in.
That tool does so much. People get in there and they get overwhelmed.
Yes.
It's crazy how much it does. So if someone's using CRC, they're not using the Marketing Hub, they get in there, they're overwhelmed. What simple automation, if they just do one thing this week to build first, what do you think that should be?
Creating an opt-in form. You can create an opt-in form without actually putting it on the funnel, honestly. Create a form where you're going to be able to collect the name, email, and phone number, and set up like a 7-day nurturing sequence, right? And with the— with AI, you can literally go into the marketing hub, and you don't have to go in and manually build out a 7-day nurturing email sequence. You can literally talk to the system, type the information like, hey, create me a 7-day nurturing email sequence for my leads that opted into the— like, let's just say you have a lead magnet, um, and you want to follow up with those leads and nurture those leads. You can literally go into the marketing hub and go into your automations and tell it to create you a 7-day nurturing sequence. So I would say the first thing, opt-in form, 7-day nurturing sequence.
How long would that take for them to set that up?
With using AI, you could do it in a matter of minutes, honestly. Yes, literally, I would say no more than 5 minutes because you don't have, you don't have to know tech. You don't have to know tech to be able to set these things up. You don't have to understand what a trigger is. You don't have to understand what a workflow is. You don't have to be able, you really don't have to navigate the system as much as we did a few, even I would say not even years ago, but months ago, right? Before they really launched this AI component. So now, like, again, you can go into your automation section. And create a workflow just using AI by prompting it. So you can definitely set up a campaign in less than 5 minutes.
Millie, I would love to kind of take a step back for a sec and, and dive a little bit more into your strategy on getting leads because a lot of people that are in our audience, they're starting their business for the first time or it's they may be starting with family and friends to help them repair their credit, but they're looking for that next lead. They're looking to actually create a sustainable business. And to create a sustainable business, you need dozens if not hundreds of leads to make this a full-time business. So I'd love to jump into your strategies. I understand you created a presentation on this of like, how do you actually consistently show up on social media and drive the amount of leads in your business to actually make it a full-time career?
Absolutely. All right, so what I want to present to you all today is called the Social Media Lead Domination: How to Turn Your Facebook profile into a lead and sales machine using AI. Okay, so imagine what if I was able to tell you that there was a highly targeted source of leads and sales that you didn't even know existed, and right now you're missing opportunities simply because your profile isn't designed to convert. So this is the opportunity that most business owners overlook. So what I'm going to share with you all today is my 3-step Profile Funnel Framework, and this is how I've been able to generate unlimited free leads through social media. Okay, so I'm going to simplify this process for you all today. So the, the blueprint is simply optimize your Facebook profile, connect the funnel, and then drive free traffic. So when it comes to optimizing your profile, you want to be able to have a professional bio, a clear call to action, and create brand consistency. And then step 2 of this framework is creating a lead magnet integration that allows you to be able to automate your follow-up and create a seamless conversion path. And then finally, without, without the traffic to all of this, right, the traffic is the engine, honestly, right? We can have a beautiful branded Facebook profile. We can have a funnel. Like I always tell my clients, yes, it is great to be able to automate your business. Right? But if you don't have traffic coming into your business, it's almost like you don't have a business. So as I mentioned early on, my favorite saying that I've created is, the more leads you create, the more cash flow you will generate. Okay, so a part of that process is being able to have traffic. And how do we create traffic? You want to have a content strategy, community engagement, and organic outreach. Okay, so this doesn't require ads, it doesn't require any hacks or any complicated funnels. This is simply, um, a 3-step profile funnel framework that I've been using for the past, uh, 6 years of being in business. So let's do an experiment, right? So where we treat your Facebook profile like it's a landing page, we'll add buttons, links, and call to actions to your products and services in all the right places. And what you're going to do is we want to watch the magic happen, okay? It will shock you how quickly you can get results You immediately tap into a consistent stream of free leads for your business just by making a few simple tweaks to your Facebook profile. So step 1 of this process again is we want to take your Facebook profile and you want to optimize it like it's a landing page, okay? So in order to be able to do this, your profile needs to have clear positioning, it needs to have a clear value statement, clear transformation, and clear next steps. So most profiles are random and it doesn't convert. So what I learned over the last few years when it comes to business owners, what, what's important is that we take our profile and position it as is a billboard. This is like the first entry point into your business, especially if you're using your Facebook profile to promote your business. It's clear what, what it, what is that I do. So I build aligned premium brands with automated funnels and systems that turn social media into leads. So if somebody was interested, if somebody came across my social media profile from a piece of content that I've posted and they landed on my profile, they're able to see what it is that I do, who I help, and how. Okay, so this is how you all want to be able to optimize your profiles as well. Determine that whether we are doing— whether we are following a rented traffic versus owned traffic. Okay, so when we think about rented traffic, right now your audience is rented because Facebook owns the relationship that you're building. Like, you're taking the time You're putting in that time, that energy to create content, but you are not owning the traffic. So if your accounts get restricted tomorrow, you lose access. So like I shared early on, I've been through this situation twice. Honestly, I've been through the situation where I've been hacked through on my social media pages and my pages got shut down. So from that, I did not have a full email list. I was not able to take my traffic and create my own email list. So when you have an email list, what are you able to do? There's money in the follow-up. So if you have your own email list, you're able to continue to nurture, follow up with people, and put out offers. But if you don't have that, you're fully relying on the social media platform, okay? I've seen where people have thousands upon thousands of followers, but they're not generating money from it because they don't have a system behind the social media platform, okay? So what we want to be, we want to be in our own own traffic position. So the goal isn't more friends, the goal is going from your profile to your lead magnet, okay, and from your lead magnet to an email and SMS campaign, and then you want to follow up with them that leads to a sale. So from there, again, the goal is to be able to find your traffic into your own list. So you want to build a business that can't be taken away from you from a social media platform. Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, those platforms can be shut down any day As we all witnessed just what, a year ago or so, there was, you know, threatening to shut down the TikTok platform, and that would have caused a lot of businesses to fall, right? Because many people rely on the social media to be able to generate revenue to their business. So again, we want to go from rented traffic from our Facebook friends list to taking that traffic to a— your— to your offer, an opt-in page, And then from there, you want to continue, have a follow-up email and phone list on the back end. So then again, when it comes to the hidden traffic that we don't realize is many times when we're creating content, every time you like a post, you leave a comment, you engage in a Facebook group, you react or share, people are clicking your profile. You may not see it, but you, you have many people who are traveling through your pages and if it's not positioned in a way where people understand what it is that you do, you lose out on that traffic. So even though you can't see them, this creates an invisible crowd of profile visitors, and every one of them is a potential lead. So again, Facebook has hidden traffic that you may not know about, but this is why we want to go ahead and optimize the profile so people understand who it is that— what it is that you do, who you help, and how, okay? And essentially how they can be able to get in contact with you, and that's where your offers come in. So again, we want to turn your Facebook profile into a lead machine. Your profile is not about social media, right? It's not about social, but it's a landing page. And right now you're leaking traffic every single day. So again, as you can see the screen, you want to be able to take that, uh, social media Facebook profile, lead them to a funnel where you're going to generate leads, okay? And you want to be able to optimize your traffic through your emails, through your follow-ups. So let's say we have a 10-second rule, okay? So let's just imagine we're driving down the street and we see a big billboard on the expressway. You don't have 30 seconds, 45 seconds to be able to capture everything on that billboard, right? Because you're driving down the expressway. So there has to be, um, the information that's going to be positioned on that billboard to gather and capture your attention. So the 10-second rule is when someone clicks on your profile, they're scanning. Especially in the time that we're in, everything is so fast-paced. So you have about, um, 10 seconds to be able to capture the attention of a potential lead, right? This will determine— they make the decision whether they're going to accept your friend request or whether they're going to reach out to you. So when you have your Facebook profile optimized, you have the links, and you've been able to build that connection, um, with your potential lead, then this is how you start to take that traffic and build an email list. So one of the 5 key points when it comes to your profile optimization is one is your cover photo. Your cover photo is going to set the tone and it conveys your premium brand message instantly. Two is your profile picture. It builds trust and it builds a personal connection, um, with your potential audience. So a lot of times I see business owners, they have pictures of their parents, they have pictures of their pets, they have pictures of their children. But, and I know sometimes people say, well, I'm a faceless brand. I don't really want to, you know, people to know who I am. But when it comes to the credit repair industry or any business people build that, you have to be able to build that like, know, and trust factor. Because honestly, people buy into you a lot of times versus buying into the product and the service because you've been able to build that personal connection. You've been able to build that relationship with them. Um, and this is where they get to that point where they like, know, and trust you. And then step 3 of this 5-point profile optimization system is your bio. You want to be able to clearly state who you helping, how, what they call to action. So as you can see on the screen, I have in my bio that I do— that I provide funnel— funnels, automations, and AI content systems. And then I lead them to a landing page, to my funnel. Okay, so without that information, you would never be able to collect leads and sales in your business because you're not guiding your leads or your audience or the traffic anywhere. So how will somebody be able to reach out to them? You also don't want to rely on people reaching out to you in your DMs because what if you miss that opportunity? What if you don't respond right away? So I learned that a lot of times we're missing out on money as well because we take 2 hours to respond to a lead when we should have responded to them within 2 to 10 seconds. So how do we do that? That's where your automations come into place. That's where you have your links in your bios. So that people don't have to rely on you. You can have book calls coming in around the clock. So then we have step 4, which is the pinned post, which showcases your best offer and the most valuable content immediately. People should be able to go through your profile and understand who it is you help, how you help them, and then how you're going to be able to— what is the next step in your process. So then we want to remove any distractions and focus attention on key content. So this is pretty much the 5 key points that you want to be able to optimize your Facebook profile. So I'm going to break it down a little bit further. So imagine again, your cover photo on your Facebook profile is your billboard, okay? This is what most people miss out on these opportunities. So again, your cover photo should tell your story, show who you help, show the transformation, and you want to be able to let them know the next steps. So human first, authority second. And then secondly, your profile photo. When people click your profile photo constantly, your profile should also have a message, right? It should reinforce what is positioned in your actual cover photo, okay? So it should reinforce the pain of your audience, that, that your audience feels, the outcome that they want, and how you help them. So the formula that I typically use when I'm writing out a piece of content as well is pain, the outcome, and the mechanism. And then we talk about the element 3 is the bio. You want to be able to create intrigue without being salesy, okay? Because social media is social media, is exactly what it says it is. So a lot of times people don't want to be sold to, which is why when I'm creating content, you want to be able to speak to, again, the pain and the problem that your ideal client is facing and be relatable. Tell your story, right? So even when it comes to me, When I started in the credit repair industry, when I was fully into the industry, I used to share that, you know, I didn't have bad credit, but I didn't have good credit either, right? I didn't have a properly structured profile. And what led me into understanding that I really needed credit and the importance of credit is when my mom was suffering on her deathbed and I had to leave my job to be able to take care of her, right? I was 25 at the time. So these are the types of stories that people want to hear because you're being, um, transparent. You're being real with them, and they're understanding that you are a real person. But if we're constantly being salesy and we're selling, hey, my services is $100 and not $199 a month or whatever the case may be, and you're not painting that picture for them, they're not understanding the true value and what it is that you provide and understanding that you are a real person. So your bio should hint at what you do without being pushy. And the framework that I typically use when you're creating your value statement is I help— you want to call out your ideal client. What type of person are you looking to help? Achieve a desired result. And then you want to— once you identify the— you calling out your ideal client and you identifying the problem that you solve and your end result, you also want to avoid hard call to actions like DM me for a free call, right? That screams you kind of being pitchy. So you could say, hey, I have access— get access to my free, um, guide that's going to show you how to fix your credit, how to get inquiries removed, things of that sort, and they can get access to the free guide. So now they will be able to freely just click on the link if they wanted to get access to what you're offering. So again, the, the best way is, I help coaches grow their audience, right? You want to share personal interests, be genuine with your personality, right? And then avoid DMing me, avoid income claims, avoid pushy language and too many emojis. So this is how you properly set up the bio in your Facebook profile. Okay, so again, the intro section is a key area of your profile that gives visitors an immediate opportunity to click on your link. So it's important to make sure it draws attention. All you have to do is copy your exact call to action from the previous section, which was your bio, and also go ahead and post it into the intro section. So everything across your social media profile should be congruent, from the profile photo to the COVID photo to the intro section to your pinned post as well. So your pinned post is your best social proof, front and center. So you want to pin a high-value piece of content to the top of your profile. It could be a testimonial, it could be your story, success story, it could be more information about who you are, or a valuable piece of content. Okay, so this is your post that when visitors stop to scroll, this is the first thing that they see on your profile. So let's just say they, they, they were scrolling down their particular Facebook feed and they came across your piece of content and it resonated with them. Now this is where the hidden traffic comes into place. They land on your Facebook profile. So imagine the Facebook profile is not optimized. You don't have a pinned post, you don't have your cover photo, you don't have your story, you lose those leads. So this is where again you want to be able to set up your Facebook profile in such a way where you can generate those leads. Again, you want to have your Facebook profile to extend your entire wall. Archive posts with no engagement or focus on misalignment— visitors should only see high-value, high-engagement content. So once you have all of these things, these key 5 components in place, this is how you turn your Facebook profile into a lead machine. So again, once you finish optimizing these 5 areas of your profile, it will be transformed into a powerful landing page. This way you set up for— you set yourself up for success, okay? And it's 100% optimized to capture as many profile visitors as possible. So that's just step 1 of the framework. So we already talked about step— step 1 of this profile framework, okay? Step 2 is creating the perfect lead magnet. What is the purpose of the lead magnet? To attract your ideal clients and to build your email list. So again, the goal is not to just optimize the fake— the, uh, Facebook profile. Once you optimize the Facebook profile, you want to guide that traffic to the link that you have in your bio, and this is where your lead magnet comes into place. So when you have your lead magnet, again, the best way to get your profile visitors to take action on your products and services is to offer something of value for free upfront. So this is typically known as a lead magnet, okay? So the goal is make what you're offering irresistible to your offer. So there are many different types of proven lead magnet ideas, okay? So some of those ideas, just to name a few, is you can offer a mini course, you can offer an ebook, you can offer a special infographic checklist, and many more different things that you can create that will provide value to your potential lead. A lot of times I say create an irresistible offer where they can get a tangible result, because a lot of times with the leverage— what we have access to today, which is AI, um, we can go search, we can go search ChatGPT for a lot of these things, right? So take the time to really create something that's irresistible and valuable, incorporating your proven strategies, your proven methods on how someone can solve a problem in their situation. So when you create this lead magnet, you want to create a nice visual. Like, I'm really big on branding and how things look, right? So we don't want to just say, hey, I have this ebook that's going to allow you to get inquiries removed. You want to position it in such a way where you're presenting it as it's high value. First impression is, is like the lasting impression almost, right? So this gives the impression of a tangible, valuable, and it helps increase the results and, you know, the irresistible value of your product. Okay, so again, when they see that, hey, let me check this out because this looks really nice, even before they really check it out, because you've been able to present it in such a way they understand that there's value behind it, and it, it creates an opportunity where they want to actually take action. So these are just a few of some examples that I've created, um, for other credit repair business owners over the last few years. Where we created their lead magnet funnel and a digital product. You can take a lead magnet— is you can also give away a lead magnet for free as well as create what's called a low-ticket offer as well. So you don't always have to, um, start with a free lead magnet. You can start with the, um, low product as well, creating a digital product bundle, let's just say, for $7, $17, $27, and you create, um, an ascension process from there as well. So the next thing when it comes to creating this lead magnet is writing a persuasive call to action and a headline. You want to be able to master persuasion through your offers, okay? So to be able to craft your call to action, okay, you want to start with a strong headline that promises a specific result. Then you also want to let them know, like, hey, through this ebook guide or through this digital product, this is what you can accomplish, okay? So some of the 12 proven headline formulas that I typically use when I'm creating headlines, when I'm creating funnels and creating lead magnets, is again how to get to a, a specific result. And like, let's just say 7 days, how to get inquiries removed in 7 days, how to get a repo removed from your credit report in 7 days, right? So these is just like 12 proven headline formulas that you can use when you are creating your your lead magnet, um, landing pages, as well as when you're creating content. Like, this also works when you're creating content as well. So the third piece to this puzzle is, now that you have the lead magnet, you've written the, the call to action, you've written that headline that's going to convey a message, is going to help people to understand the tangible result and the outcome, you now want to create the landing page. What is the purpose of the landing page? The purpose of the landing page is to capture those leads. Okay, so you want— you can like— this can be simple and effective, right? A simple and effective landing page that you can create to help you boost conversions and capture those leads. So I want to be able to paint a picture for you all. Okay, so simple landing page. So we need to link your profile visitors from your profile to a landing page where again we're capturing their email and delivering the free lead magnet. So imagine this process being automated to the point in your sleep, on vacation, you're helping a client where you're generating leads every day without having to actually maybe having conversations, being on Zoom calls, taking phone calls, and you have these leads coming in every day. One, because you have your profile optimized. Two, because you now have a landing page that clearly states the problem that you're solving, that have a clear headline. right? So as you can see here, transform your social media, uh, profiles to get unlimited free leads for your credit repair business. Anybody that came across this landing page can clearly see what this is going to be about and what they're getting access to. I'm getting unlimited free leads, and who is it for? I'm calling out my ideal client, which is credit repair business owners. How are they going to be able to get unlimited free leads? By transforming their social media profiles. So it clearly states everything that someone needs to know in order for them to take action. And once they— once they land on the landing page, they get access to what it is that they came to get access to. Now we want to lead them to a thank you page. On the thank you page is where the magic happens. So here's where you congratulate them for getting, um, downloading or purchasing your product, and then you give them access to the actual product. You want to be able to deliver it. You don't want that. You don't want to have to manually deliver a product or deliver an ebook. That is the purpose of the landing page and being able to automate that process. So when we're building out a landing page, this is the structure that we use, okay? So this is very important. A lot of times people say, well, I don't know how to create a landing page. I don't know what needs to go on the landing page. It's important to mirror the same information from your Facebook profile on the landing page, okay? So again, as I talked about before, everything needs to be congruent. So congruency between them lets people know that they have landed in the right place. On your landing page, we have what's called top of— above the fold, okay? And above the fold, again, is where your headline, um, is hosted. So your headline, again, clearly identifies and states what it is that you do, what is the outcome, and who is your ideal client. Then we want to take that lead magnet mockup that you created early on, and we want to put that visually on the landing page so people know that this is what they came to this particular page for. Then we want to give 3 important benefits of what that lead magnet is about, and you want to be able to feature testimonials because this is where your social proof comes into place. Introducing yourself, this is where you're building the authority so people know, like, why should I work with Millie? Why should I work with you in order to be able to get to this end result? Because one, I have the social proof. Two, I've been able to introduce myself and tell you who it is that I— who I am and what it is that I do. Okay? So these are the important things when it comes to creating your landing pages that you want to have visually shown on the page. So a lot of times we say, oh, I'm not tech savvy. I don't know how to do these things, right? You can design and build a funnel using AI. With using the marketing hub, with using tools that gives you access to be able to build funnels with AI, build out automations with AI. So you no longer have to worry about, I don't know how to build a landing page, I'm not a tech person. That's no longer valid in today's time, right? With these tools, the marketing hub and the tools that I have in place, you no longer have to piece these things together. You don't have to guess it. You can literally prompt it. You can give the system your offer, your audience, your positioning, and it designs, builds, and structures your funnels in real time. To like, in today's time, this is the perfect time to be able to start a business, to start a credit repair business, because we have access to so many tools. So the last step when it comes again to this landing page is a thank you page. On the thank you page, it allows you to give them access to their downloads. But it doesn't have to end there. You can also use this page as an opportunity to invite them to explore your other products and services. So if you offering credit repair services, this is a way that you can say, hey, here are my packages for the services that I offer as it relates to credit repair. If you're wanting to take this to the next step, go ahead and choose one of the desired packages. And then again, always, always, always get the email. What's the purpose of giving out a lead magnet if you're not collecting data? Data is important when it comes to building a business, okay? So the goal of the simple landing page is to give visitors access to your lead magnet in exchange for their email address. What makes people want to give you their email address? It's the lead magnet. It's how you position the lead magnet. It's, okay, I, I'm giving you this, um, lead magnet or this ebook or this product in exchange for your email because one, I know that is going to help you get a tangible result. It's going to take you from A to B, from A to C, etc. Okay, so once you have someone's email, you can market to them forever. You may have heard this before, and it's 100% true. No matter what business you're in, your email list is your gold mine. We're finally getting to the end of this, right? This is the meat and potatoes. This is the part that I love. Okay, so step 3 of this framework is to drive free traffic. So we've already talked about how to optimize your social media profile. We talked about step 2, which is unique— taking that social media profile, leading them to the lead magnet. And then finally, how are you able to continuously drive traffic to your landing page? How are you able to continuously get leads? This is where your traffic comes into place— your content strategies, community engagement, and organic outreach. So there's 3 different types of ways you can comment and engage. Leave thoughtful comments on posts in your target audience Facebook groups. Every comment drives people back to your profile. So this is that hidden traffic that we talked about early on, right? So you may not know that every time you comment on somebody's Facebook post, you may not know that if you're inside of a Facebook group that people are actually taking the time to go visit your Facebook profile. And again, if it's not optimized correctly, you don't have those links in place, you don't have those offers in place, you're missing out on endless amount of leads. So when it comes to the engagement, then we want to step— the second way is to be able to post valuable content. You want to be able to share tips, insights, and share your story. Value first because your content is going to attract the right people. And then we want to start new conversations with new friends in Messenger and build relationships. So every interaction drives people back to your Facebook profile. So again, we want to be able to engage on social media. So now that your profile funnel is set up, you can drive on-demand traffic to it directly from your smartphone. So the engagement that you do right from your social media, from your phone, will create unlimited leads as long as you have these key components in place. So we already talked about engaging. One of the traffic sources is engagement, okay? The next thing is the content that you create. Every post should serve as a specific role in moving people from strangers to customers, and here's how they work together as a complete system. So there's 3 different types of traffic. You have cold traffic, warm traffic, and hot traffic. If you're a new business owner, a lot of times we're working with cold traffic because in that particular phase, you're in the process of building trust and awareness. So there's different types of content that you post as a new business owner when you're trying to bring in cold traffic versus warm and hot traffic. So if you're in the phase where you're trying to build trust and awareness, you want to be able to create value posts, story posts, authority posts, and connection posts because you're trying to build the awareness and people need to understand who you are and what it is that you do. Because these are strangers that you're trying to convert into customers. Once you have converted a cold lead into a warm lead, now you can kind of shift up the type of content that you're creating because at this point you've built the authority, you've built the connection, right? You're creating that value post. So now you can kind of create— when you're leading over to the warm traffic, now you're engaging and you're nurturing those leads, okay? So let's say you've been able to take a cold lead So now that the cold traffic, you've led them to your, to your Facebook profile, now they've downloaded your ebook, now it's time to engage and nurture them even more. So now you create encouraging posts, engagement posts, and ask question posts. So this can all be done through the social media platform, right? And this can also be done through the marketing hub where you have these nurture sequences and these different types of pieces of content that's being sent to those, to those leads that you originally generated as a cold lead through email and text message. Then when they convert from warm traffic to hot traffic, this is where you start to qualify and convert those leads into your offers, and this is where you make the money. Okay, so there's a, there's a, um, particular system that you want to have in place to be able to take a cold lead to now making money with those particular, uh, with those leads that's coming in through your Facebook profile. So again, as we talked about, when it comes to the different content piece, the types of content that you should post, these— this is a list of different, like, inspirational posts that you can create. Motivational wins, losses, life lessons, which goes back to your story, right, and how you got into credit repair, how you're going to be able to help transform someone else's life because you've been through the trenches, you understand the true meaning of why people need credit, right? Because a lot of times everybody has a story. And most times people want to hear your story. Like, they don't want to always hear how you got to a million dollars. They want to know how you— where you started from, right? How did you get to where you are? Take me through that journey. So a lot of times, even for me, when I'm creating content, when I was real heavy into the credit repair space, again, I shared my story. Even today, I still share my story on how I got to where I am in business, right? Even as in a few moments, we're going to talk about creating content. A lot of times people don't want to create content because of two main reasons: they're introvert or they're too busy to create content. I was— I'm gonna say I'm an introvert as well, right? There was many times when my mentors told me, Millie, you got to create content, you got to be able to share your story. I didn't want to do that because what did I tell myself? I'm an introvert, I don't like being on camera, I don't— I'm not a people person, right? So I'd rather be behind the scenes and build my business that way. But how far can we get like that? How, how, how, how far are we able to get up that, up that ladder if we're constantly telling ourselves we're introverts, we're too busy to create content? But now we have the leverage of AI. AI has changed the game for me. When I tell you, if y'all check out my Instagram and Facebook pages, my content is all AI generated. So when we are leveraging AI, there's so many different ways that you can leverage AI. To be able to get your business, to move your business forward. Okay, so creating AI content still allows me to be able to convey a message. It still allows me to get my story out. It still allows me to be— for people to understand the problems that I solve for them. And through that, I'm still generating leads and sales every day in my business. Okay, and most time, people don't even know that the video content is AI. Because it still has a purpose and a meaning behind it. If you don't— and a lot of times what I tell my clients is, if you don't clearly understand your message, your story, your offer, it will not connect to your audience. So before you decide to create content, whether you're on camera or whether your AI twin and clone is on camera, you still have to be able to properly convey that message and be able for people to understand what it is that you do, and what problems you solve. So you want to be able to find your watering hole, as they call it, right? Facebook is a gigantic place, and most of it is a desolate wasteland in terms of growing your business. Your key to success is finding the watering holes where your customers hang out every day. So I'm gonna give you all the statistics, right? So back in 2019, Facebook started aggressively promoting Facebook groups where like-minded people can interact in small communities. For us business owners, this has made finding our dream customers easier than ever. There are groups for every niche, topic, and interest imaginable, and your future customers are hanging out inside of those groups every single day. Okay, so imagine being able to search Facebook groups. Let's just say you in the credit repair industry and you decide that, hey, I want to work with beauty professionals. I want to be able to help beauty professionals fix their credit and scale their business, right? Again, when it comes to credit repair, it has to have an end result behind it. Because if people don't understand why they need to fix their credit, they're not going to fix their credit. They're going to spend life with bad credit, right? So, but if we position things in a way where like, hey, are you a beauty professional that you're looking to scale your business but you stuck? Why? Because maybe you don't have access to the funding that you need. And in order to get the funding that you need, you need to be able to fix your credit. Okay, so let me show you my exact process on how I'm going to help you scale your business by leveraging funding and fixing your credit. So imagine you was able to find Facebook groups where you have thousands upon thousands of beauty professionals in the Facebook group, and you go in there and you post valuable content. We're not going in there to sell. Pitch our services, because most Facebook group owners not going to let you just pitch in a group, right? So, but you go in there and you post valuable content. You post, like they say, your best information that you can give out is all your gems, all the knowledge that you know. So build yourself up in such a way where you're building the authority so people know that you are the solution to their problem. So we go in there, we provide value, we give out all the tips, all the strategies, so people again it will lead that traffic back to your Facebook profile. So if they see that what you're posting is valuable to them, this is where they start to click on those links. So the goal is you want to be able to find at least the top 3 Facebook groups that you can constantly, um, post in, provide valuable, and lead that traffic back to your Facebook profile. Okay, so again, you want to interact inside these groups Every like, heart, and comment drives highly targeted traffic straight to your Facebook profile and to your funnels, okay? And then you want to post content. By posting valuable content into— inside these groups, you quickly establish yourself as the go-to authority on all the topics related to your business. And then you want to lead them to your Facebook Messenger as well. So in these groups, you're bound to virtually meet new potential customers, message them, and start building the relationship. So a lot of times people ask me, Millie, what are some of the daily things that I need to be doing every day to make this, this, this particular framework work, right? To continuously bring more traffic to my Facebook profile. You should be sending at least, I think, I believe Facebook allows you at least 30 to 50 new friend requests every day because again, there's two different types of traffic. You have inbound traffic and you have outbound traffic. Those two types of traffic you should be running every day. Inbound traffic is people reaching out to you where they found you through your social media content, they found you through your Facebook groups, right? And outbound traffic is you reaching out to potential clients, building connections, letting people know what it is that you do, okay? So that is the goal of being able to take your, um, turning your Facebook profile into a social media lead machine. To watch for posts that go viral and wait to engage with those, right? But posts that don't have any engagement are often your best opportunities to shine. Again, a like, a heart, or comment on a post with zero attention would naturally pique the curiosity of a person who posted it far more than that one that already has high engagement. Okay, so be the superhero that swoops in and saves the day and you'll quickly build a tribe of loyal followers. So again, we want to utilize social media in such a way where we're constantly providing value and resolving problems for people. So as you begin to join, interact in Facebook groups related to your business, you'll begin to attract new people in your orbit, right? So when you make a new connection, reach out via Messenger and introduce yourself. That personal touch creates an open line of communication and it establishes instant rapport, and then it allows you— so pretty much it allows you to create human connection, okay? So there's a human on the other end of that message, and you're the one at their fingertips that's going to be able to open up and build that rapport with them, right? So again, once they land on you, a lot of times people are landing on your Facebook profile, and they're waiting for that opportunity for you to reach out to them. So imagine you never take the time to actually DM them or send them a Facebook message. right, to say, hey, I'm Millie, I help online business owners build their brands through AI content and social and funnels, right? So imagine if I never do that, how many leads that I'm actually leaving on the table, okay? So with today's time, there's so many different tools that you can leverage using AI to kind of help you streamline this process and also help you to automate this process, okay? So imagine again, you utilizing AI tools that's going to send friend requests, going to these Facebook groups, that's going to do targeted marketing for you that allows you to continuously bring in these leads every day as you're posting your content. So this pretty much wraps up the entire 3-step framework. So I'm going to say congratulations, you have now positioned your business to be able to generate unlimited free leads and sales for your credit repair business.
That's real gold. It's—
yeah, that was a mic drop.
Yeah, it's really what folks in our audience need to hear.
Yes. So this has been game-changing for my business, um, over the last— what I would say, I've been in business 8 years, but I've been fully using this, like, this content system or this Facebook profile system, I would say as early as like 2019.
Amazing.
With the business owners that you're working with, do you have any stories of people that, uh, weren't using a system like this at the first point, what changed in their business day to day? You talked a little bit from yourself, like you're using your own system on your own business, but I'm curious if you have any stories of you implementing this with a business owner and how has that changed their business?
Absolutely. So as I mentioned early on, I worked with a lot of credit repair business owners and a lot of my clients at the time were coming from the Credit Repair Cloud community. As well as the different mentorship programs that I was a part of. So there was one particular guy by the name of Iman who found me through the mentorship program that I was in, and he sent me a message and said, Millie, I need to automate my credit repair business. Okay, so he was using Credit Repair Cloud, and he had multiple tools that he was using. So we pretty much went into his business, we built out a funnel for him to be able to collect his leads, a lead magnet funnel that led to his packages, right, to be able to sell those services. And we automated the onboarding, we automated the follow-up, we automated the nurturing, we automated the sales process, the entire credit repair business. And from that, I actually have it on my website where from that he was able to generate, I believe it was $36,000 that first month just by the automated system that we was able to implement for him.
Incredible. Well, I'd love to dive a little deeper into some of the strategies you shared. The one of the concepts you're sharing is the watering holes, the other on social media and joining Facebook groups to basically find your audience that's going to become leads, what you're seeing in market today of like, what are the best groups to join? Like we've, we've heard on our own podcast, first-time homebuyer groups in X city, or joining realtor groups can be a great way to attract consumers for the first time or to attract their first affiliates?
So what I would say, again, the first thing to identify is who's your target audience, right? Um, I know a lot of people in the credit repair industry, they want to be able to build their business just on referrals, but you can't build a sustainable business really just based on referrals. So you got to be able to go out and fish and find your own leads as well. So the starting point of that is being able to identify your target audience. So once you identify your target audience and you truly understand the problems that you solve, you can find those specific Facebook groups. For example, if you say, I want to work with beauty professionals, there's many groups where beauty professionals are in. Let's just say you want to work with contractors to fix their credit. There's many Facebook groups where you'll find contractors, where you'll find truckers in, right? Because this allows you to start building relationships with these direct people, um, as far as like just building that referral base. Yes, referrals is good as well, So even if you're focusing on building your business just based on referrals, then you can find tax professional groups, you can find notaries, you can find, um, car dealerships, you can find real estate agents and investors and different things like that as well. So there's many, many, many, many opportunities and different types of Facebook groups that you can join that will have thousands upon thousands of people inside of those groups.
Makes sense. And so when after people join those groups, have you seen any types of lead magnets that work the best?
So I would say what works really good now is creating something that's going to get fast results. So a lot of times you will find that people are creating lead magnets that say how to get your inquiries removed in 24 hours, right? That's one of the biggest ones and the most popular one because people can literally utilize those methods and get inquiries removed from their credit report. Um, you'll find, okay, credit repair tips. If let's just say you're working with, um, people that's looking to buy a home. I had a client who was also a real estate agent, but she was also a credit repair business owner as well. So we created like a first-time home buying, uh, lead magnet that will lead them to like, if you're interested in buying your first home, these are the steps and the things that you need to do to prepare for that. Um, you have like how to get a bankruptcy removed from your credit report. How to get eviction, how to get a repo. So you can literally like just create something that's going to give somebody a quick win. How to remove personal, um, because we know that even when it comes to credit repair, how to get the, um, inaccurate information as relates to personal information removed from your credit report. What's the best way to do that? How to freeze a secondary bureau. So there's different things that you can dissect and create small pieces of, uh, like different types of lead magnets that will guide people to becoming, um, becoming a lead into your ecosystem. So you don't just have to have one, you can create different ebooks because everybody has a different goal, right? So let's just say you got somebody that wanted to get inquiries removed, they get that quick win. Now they, they understand that, hey, I was able to follow your steps to get this, um, inquiries removed. I need to come back to you to get the, the collections removed. I need to come back to you to get this repo removed. So now you're building that like, know, and trust factor because you're able to help them get tangible results.
Millie, so a few times in your presentation, you talked about storytelling. A lot of people understand the systems and the strategy, but why is storytelling just as important for turning content into sales? And how do you teach entrepreneurs to tell their story in a way that actually attracts clients?
Absolutely. So what I would say is a lot of times I have, like, like I said, because I work with a lot of people in the credit and funding industry, you have different people from different walks of life, right? So sometimes your early beginnings, or what they call your humble beginnings, may not be something that you want to share because you feel like it's so private. Um, I, I tell my clients, like, you don't have to get too deep into the trenches of your story, but tell that one piece that allows you to overcome an obstacle to get you, to get you to where you are today. For example, I had a client that, um, was trying to automate his funding business, um, and I was trying to pull out of him like, what is that you do? So he was explaining to me, oh, I help clients fix their credit and to get access to funding. I said, yes, I understand that surface level, right? That's very surface level, but how are we going to connect with your potential clients? Tell a piece of your story that will resonate and connect with someone. So he finally got to the point where he shared with me that just a few years ago he was incarcerated, and when he got out, um, he, he, he got a job and he understood that the job that he was working was like he was not making much money. So he realized that he wanted another path to life. So he came across his first mentor, and from that, his mentor was teaching him credit, was teaching him funding and that allowed him to change the trajectory of his life. So from there, he started learning entrepreneurship. He learned funding, he learned credit, and he was able to acquire his first, uh, I believe it was like $25,000 in funding and help other people do the same. So I said, imagine if you shared that on social media, because his style of content was, oh, I'm in a Lamborghini, I got the ice watch, the jewelry, you know, all the fancy stuff. But people going to be like, how did you get there? Like, lifestyle marketing is good, but can you share with me your journey? Can you share with me your process? So I explained to him, like, imagine if you went on social media and you shared through your content how you was once incarcerated and how being incarcerated led you to your first mentor, and you getting your credit fixed, you getting the funding that you need to start a business. You will find people— that there's many people out there that's looking for a new path of life, that's looking for a way out. So you are the inspiration to them to say, I was here, now, you know, I've been— God has led me here to overcome. And imagine how many more people you can connect with, how many more people you can resonate with that understand, understood your journey and your path and the transformation that you've been able to turn around for yourself, and you can help them do the same. So I always say story is important, and I had to get to that point where I understood that because again, I didn't want to share my story either. I mean, there's pieces that I haven't even shared here, but finally a few years ago, I got to that point where I finally went on social media and I shared my story. And that particular video on Instagram hit 3 million views. That video is still on social media today, and I still get every now and then people are commenting. So in that video, it was not me on camera talking because again, I'm a quote-unquote introvert, right? So I didn't go on live, I didn't share an actual video of me talking. I took some clips of me away, like I was on a cruise at the time, in the— I was in the Bahamas or Mexico somewhere, and I just took video clips and put them together, and I put the screen, the text on the screen, and I took them through the journey of my life, how I started it, um, at the age of 2, was left in an abandoned building. How my mom died, how my mom died in a car, in a fire, how I was in foster care, in multiple foster care homes. By the age of 7, uh, I was finally adopted. When I was adopted, that particular, um, my mother, adopted mother, died. Now I'm led into another family. She died by the age of— you know, I led them through my journey and my story. So I put that on the screen, and then I put it in the comment section of that particular video. That video hit 3 million views. So that gave me the confidence and the understanding that, Millie, you can no longer try to hide behind the camera. You can no longer try to hide behind your story because it resonates with people. So from there, that video hit 3 million views and thousands of thousands of comments and DMs, people reaching out to me telling me how my story has inspired them. And I think that the, uh, the hook that was on that video was how I went from foster care to a 6-figure business owner. So, your story is what's going to help convert and connect and bring in like that people that like, know, and trust you.
100%. I have to grab something. This was the beginning of our business and it was the download for $20 to fix your own credit. And I tried to position myself as an expert, as the guy who knows everything about credit. No one would touch it. No one cared about it. It was terrible. It was the worst business ever. But at the beginning of Credit Repair Cloud, just by chance, I started talking about how my life got destroyed by a bank error that ruined my credit. That's what people connected to. And it was in that moment I started to realize, how important the storytelling was.
Absolutely.
Yeah, it's, it's not about the cars and the fancy stuff and being the best at everything. It's being someone that everyone can relate to.
Right. Being transparent, being authentic is what people want to see.
What's one piece of advice you'd give to someone who's just starting their own credit repair business?
So the piece of advice that I would say, it still goes back to um, create a message for yourself, right? Build that— build your brand in such a way where, again, people like, know, and trust you. Tell your story and create a message where people understand what's the problem that you're solving. Because I know early on, a lot of people, they get, um, stuck on, oh, I'm just going to offer credit repair to everybody, and I'm not going to start charging until I get results. You can take people on the journey with you because you're being transparent with them. They know that you, you know, you let them know that you just started the business. Like, I have a group where I was working with credit repair business owners and funding pros, and they were just getting started in the business, and they're like, well, I don't want to post content until I get the results. I don't want to post content until I get my first client. Start where you are. Take people on the journey. Hey, I'm Millie, and I'm just getting started in the credit repair business. I want to be able to help beauty professionals scale their business by leveraging funding and credit. Once you do that, people are going to understand that you're new and you're taking them on a journey with you. And you start to share how you even got on this journey. Why are you helping people fix their credit? Because it goes back to something in your life that puts you in a position where you understand the importance of credit.
Okay, let's switch gears. I'm going to ask you some rapid questions. Answer with the very first thing that pops into your head.
Okay? Okay.
Okay, what is your business superpower?
My business superpower is funnels, automations, and AI content systems.
And what's your business kryptonite, meaning the area you had to work the hardest to improve?
The part that I had to improve the most was connections, I would say. Building the relationships because again, I am an introvert. I come from a background where I didn't want to be on camera. Marketing, again, connection that goes back to marketing. I had to get to that level of Being comfortable with who I am and being on camera and actually marketing.
What does business ownership mean to you?
Business ownership means for me, what that means to me is being able to create time freedom, right? It's a little different for me because I know a lot of times even my mentors used to tell me, Millie, they used to ask me, what is your why, right? So for me, that became a little hard because I don't have children. My parents are deceased. So as most people, their desire is to be able to say, I want to build a legacy for my children, I want to be able to retire my parents, um, I want to be able to do those nice things that put my family in a better position, right? But for me, um, I don't have children, I don't have a spouse, I don't have parents. So I had to build up to the point as like, why do I work as hard as I do? I want to be able to create time freedom for myself and live free, you know what I'm saying? So that is the biggest thing for me.
What drives and motivates you?
What drives and motivates me is being able to be an impact to others. Um, coming from the background that I came from, like I said, growing up in foster care, growing up in, um, many different environments where again placed me in like those situations where I was depressed, I wasn't the, the popular kid in school. Um, so just knowing like the, the where people come from you never know someone's story. You never know what people are going through. So what drives me to constantly— even now, what constantly drives me to not just work, because I don't just provide done-for-you services, right? I have communities, I have programs. And just the other day, the lady said, Millie, um, me meeting you and connecting with you is allowing me to gain a better relationship with God. So that is what keeps me motivated, is What can I do to become an inspiration to others? How can I impact others outside of just business? Because again, as a business owner, we're still human and we still have things that we deal with on a day-to-day basis. So how can I encourage you, uplift you, and encourage you to keep pressing on?
And what's your definition of success?
My definition of success is being able to again help not just the the money side of things, like how much money I'm generating, different things like that, but how can I impact others to encourage them to keep moving forward, for them to be able to create time freedom in their life, for them to be able to generate their desired income. Um, so that's what success looks like for me, because it's not a— business is not an individual thing. Is again, how can I impact and inspire others to scale their businesses, to help their family, put their family in a better position as well.
If you could go back in time and tell yourself one piece of advice, what would it be?
Have faith in yourself. Um, be confident in who you are, because again, I grew up to where I was like always kind of shy, introverted, and didn't really, um, it was hard to face my fears. So I would pretty much tell myself like, be strong, be courageous. And although I feel like, you know, who I am have gotten me to where I've, you know, where I am today, like those trials, I always say that the trials and tribulations that I've gone through in life have led me to where I am today. Without those things, I wouldn't be the woman I am today. So again, I would just tell myself to pretty much be strong, have faith, and continue pressing forward.
And do you have any other advice for someone just starting out with a credit repair business?
Build a foundation. Um, even now when I'm working with clients, a lot of times people they get overwhelmed with running a business, right? Because there's so many moving pieces and so many moving parts. I would say, um, done is better than perfect, right? You don't have to be the perfect person to be able to have success. Um, so build the foundation of your business in regard— what I mean by that, again, it goes back to your story. What is your message? What is your brand story? Because before I'm able to ever help a client build out an automated funnel system to attract their clients, to build out, to get leads, you have to know the foundation of your business. And the foundation is what are the problems that you solve, what is your story, what is your message, and what is your offer.
And what's next for you? What's the next big goal?
My next big goal is, um, to be able to, like I said, impact more people. This is like, just to be transparent, this is my first podcast. So I want to be able to appear on more podcasts, more— have more speaking engagements to be able to get my message across, to get my story across, to be able to help, um, someone that is struggling, um, in many different ways. Again, not just financially, but somebody that's struggling to even start the business, you know what I mean? Because starting a business is not easy. Um, so yeah, I want to be able to, um, inspire and uplift more people.
You should do more podcasts because you did really well on this one.
