Dave Edgren traveled to Kenya with Education Care Projects Kenya and wrote a book about it. He met sponsored children, joined evangelistic programs, and rethought what poverty actually is. All proceeds go to the nonprofit to help those kids.

Hi, my name is Dave Edgren, and I'm the author of One Trip to Kenya. One Trip to Kenya is about a journey I took to Kenya with Education Care Projects Kenya, a small organization run by Carol Platt and Leon Platt that invited me to come over, talk to the children, do an evangelistic kind of program for families and a school that are all children sponsored by Education Care Projects Kenya. And to write a book about the experience. So this is the book about that experience, about the fun that I had, the journey exploring a different culture, and also digging into this topic of poverty and changing my opinion really on what is poverty, what causes poverty, and how do we cure poverty. So I would invite you to grab a copy and share a copy. Every dollar that's made from these books goes back to Education Park Projects Kenya, which 100% goes to the children that they sponsor in Kenya. So please help out, buy a book, One Trip to Kenya. Thank you.
