The warm sun came up and pop! Out of the egg came a tiny and very hungry caterpillar. There he is. Look how little he is. Where's the caterpillar in the room? Looks a lot like this little guy, doesn't he? He started to look for some food. On Monday, he ate through one apple. Who has the apple? Where's the apple? There's the apple. But he was still hungry. On Tuesday he ate through 2 pears. Where's the pear?
Oh, there's the pear. But he was still hungry. So he ate the other pear. On Wednesday he ate through 3 plums.
Where's the plum? Where?
Let's see it. That's it. Oh, there it is.
But he was still hungry. On Thursday he ate through 4 strawberries. There's strawberries!
There's strawberry but he was still hungry! It's The Hungry Caterpillar isn't it?
On Friday he ate through 5 oranges right there in the front row but he was still hungry. Have any of you ever eaten 5 oranges in one day?
