Most people delegate their worst tasks instead of their best ones. Delegate what you're good at and enjoy, not what frustrates you. This frees you to focus on work only you can do.
Chances are you are doing delegation totally wrong. And it's costing you. Here's something to remember, Rivers. Follow the easiest path. And this is true not just for your colleagues, it's also true for you. So here's the thing. When you delegate, don't delegate the task that frustrates you the most. Delegate the one that you enjoy the most, the one that's easy for you to do. Because if you don't delegate that, you will always stay in the trap of that level master. Delegators delegate what they like to do so they can move on to things they need to do.
