In a quiet office setting, the speaker prepares to leave for Thanksgiving while a soft jazz track plays. He points to a “gratitude (or success) tree” that displays personal achievements of his team members. Reflecting on the holiday, he expresses sincere thanks specifically to entrepreneurs, stating that all human progress stems from entrepreneurial activity. He reinforces the common saying that small businesses are the backbone of the economy, but argues they are, in fact, the entire economy, and thanks the audience for being entrepreneurs.

Sitting at the office here, getting ready to depart for Thanksgiving. The office is empty. I got a little Thanksgiving jazz playing in the background. Quietly. You may not be able to hear it. There's a tree here. I call it the gratitude tree sometimes. Sometimes I call it the success tree. But these are things that our team has achieved in their personal lives that they're proud of. And so, as I'm sitting here prepping for Thanksgiving, just thinking about what I'm thankful for, and it truly, sincerely is you for being an entrepreneur. Like everything that we experience, everything in our lives that's brought about by humankind, is because of an entrepreneur. Because of you. They say small business is the backbone of the economy, but you and I know small business is the entire economy. Thanks for being an entrepreneur.
