AC DC is a framework from Clockwork describing four business stages: Attract customers, Convert prospects to buyers, Deliver the product, and Collect payment. The key is finding which stage is your biggest bottleneck and fixing that first.
Do you have a question for me? I do, yeah. So.
In Clockwork you talk about AC dc. What are you talking about?
Not the band. AC DC stands for the flow that all businesses go through. So every business has to attract customers, convert or prospects. Convert those prospects to customers, deliver the services or products we have and then collect cash. It's always in that same sequence. Sometimes you have an accd, you attract customers or prospects, you collect money up front when they become a customer, converting them and then deliver goods. But the point is that every business goes through this flow. And when we analyze the efficiency of our business, look for where the biggest time power bottleneck is. Like where do you slow down the most in one of those categories? A, C, D or C. See wherever that slows, biggest slowdown is what you need to fix next. She approved it? Yeah. And I pitched my new book.
