Christmas Gift Ideas for your Spouse

And we're coming to you as a service because we want your marriage to not end in divorce because you completely forgot to get your spouse a gift this Christmas. So it's late in the season, thankfully, Amazon prime just takes two days. You still have time for that. But what about these last minute gift ideas for husbands for wives to give you that last little bit of inspiration to think of something thoughtful that could make Christmas morning just shine for your spouse and let them know that you were thinking about him. Really, it's about being thoughtful much more than it's about being expensive.

That's so right. And I know every spouse is different, okay? But I know for Dave and I, our favorite gifts are experiences. So you're not too late in looking for an experience near you. Or it could be far away that you and your spouse could share together. Because the best experiences are ones that you guys can share together. So look for like a concert near you that you know your spouse would love. Maybe you can go someplace, you know, a weekend getaway, secure the babysitter, get the hotel room secured and go to that place. She will love that. Like, that is the best kind of gift, I think.

And I think that, like, it's almost sold out, but you might be able to snag like one of the last rooms on that cruise.

That's right. But this, this isn't just about us plugging stuff we're doing, even though those things would be also gifts. And we would love to meet you at those places. But what about, like, I'm just trying to go into Target and find something that he's gonna like, she's gonna like quickly about husbands. Now listen, ladies, I'm gonna give you a quick insight into the way your man thinks. If he's like a lot of guys, he wants practical, like for me, one of the best Christmas gifts I've gotten is a long iPhone charger. Cause I'm so glad.

I'm afraid the kids picked that out for you. They did.

Stuff is not charged in our house ever. And so when somebody gives me a practical gift, like an extra long iPhone charger that I can plug in anywhere, that made my day.

You also got a little mount for the car to hold your iPhone for navigation I could stick on the windshield.

Where I could hold my phone up there. I'm telling you, little practical $5 gifts that he'll actually use. And he'll love it. Guys, like Ashley said, we love experiences with you, our wife, especially when it's centered around something that we really enjoy. Like, if it's a sport, if he's.

Into sports, sporting tickets.

Get tickets, you know, for next season for whatever team he's into. And say you want to go with him and share that experience. It will blow his mind. Personalize things. It might be a little late in the season for getting stuff too personalized, like engraving and all that, but I don't know, just stuff that he would. Whatever he's into, let him know you're into it, too. If he's got, like, this big mountain man beard, you know, get him some, like, beard oil. Now Ashley's grossed out by beard, so I'm not allowed to, like, grow one.

But I don't know about grossed out, but it's just not my favorite.

Not her favorite. She says it's scratchy when I kiss her.

Like, for you, like, it's not my favorite.

I look like a prepubescent child when I try to grow one. So it's probably for the best that she doesn't like it.

She has such an amazing chin. I just want to see that chin all day long.

Oh, wow. Calm down.

Okay. For women, if you're going in Target, he used Target last minute. What is her favorite color? Go get her some awesome earrings in her favorite color. Go snag her a shirt. I'm telling you, you really cannot go wrong with Target. Make sure you know her proper size when it comes to that. And make sure her ears are pierced. Like, seriously, guys, make sure you know these things. Or get her a necklace if you're not to interrupt.

But one thing that you can buy yourself at Target or Victoria's Secret, ladies, if you buy. Buy yourself some sexy underwear, lingerie, and then have him open it and say, this is a gift for you, because you can unwrap me later.

I'm gonna share.

Tmi It'll blow his mind. You buy it for you. You let him unwrap it and say, you unwrap me later. And I'm telling you, that's all you.

Gotta get him or you cannot tell him. And you guys like set a getaway. Have like one night away and wear that lingerie all day and then that night have the big reveal and you will like literally blow his mind.

I'm getting excited just thinking about it.

Oh, my goodness. Okay, so another thing, guys, girls love spa stuff. Like she's probably not gonna buy herself a spa treatment, but if you buy it for her, she'll definitely go and experience that spa treatment. So I think even better, get two spa treatments, like the same treatment, like if it's a facial or massage or whatever. And let her take her best friend or her mom with her and so she can experience it. Because a lot of times these take time. So she'll have somebody to talk to while she's having the spa treatment and.

She'Ll be talking about what an awesome husband you are.

She will.

And so will your mother in law or your friend, whoever she takes.

Exactly.

Because you will have gotten them essentially a gift too.
