Welcome to the New Constructs tutorial for accessing the SEC filings and source data we use to build our valuation models. Every one of our 3,000+ models offers this feature to highlight the 100% transparency we offer clients. We want you to see all the diligence we do. In this example, I'll use the model for Ford. To access the filings we use to build this model, click the Filings tab. Note that all the filings we have parsed are available for review by clients of our modeling service. The filing presented is a copy of the original SEC filing that our analysts have parsed to construct the model for Ford. Items highlighted in green have been collected by analytics and included in the model. To immediately access anything we have collected from a filing, click the dropdown index menu, select an item of interest with a value next to it, and and the page will jump to that location within the filing. Your item will appear highlighted in green at the top of the page. Thanks for watching this tutorial. If you have any questions, please leave a comment.
