Welcome to the New Constructs tutorial for identifying red flags, valuation adjustments. To view our valuation adjustments, click Financials and Metrics. The Metrics page is the default here, and the adjustments we want to check out are listed at the bottom of this page. All items from Adjusted Total Debt to Net Deferred Tax Liability are valuation adjustments. Each of these can also be overridden by the user. Now you will notice that these items are the same items you will find on the DCF review page. Positive items are added and negative items are deducted from corporate value to arrive at shareholder value. Red flags may be identified by examining the impact a particular adjustment is having on corporate value to ultimately arrive at shareholder value. Thank you for watching this tutorial.
