ARM looks pricier than NVIDIA when you compare their implied revenue forecasts of $346-$347 billion to historical performance, even though NVIDIA gets called overvalued. NVIDIA stays the second-largest holding in the FTCE index because the index prioritizes core earnings over accounting earnings.
