It explains selecting a specific portfolio via a dropdown, setting a default portfolio, and performing bulk edits. The video then introduces Portfolio Alerts, detailing how to opt in or out, the two alert types (Rating Change and Portfolio Review), their delivery schedule, CSV content, and how to add a secondary email address for alert distribution. Welcome to the second and final part of our New Constructs tutorial for the My Portfolios page. To view part 1 of this video showing you how to access the My Portfolios page and create portfolios, click the banner appearing on your screen. In part 1 of this video, we created the Client A portfolio. Between recordings, I went ahead and created another 2 portfolios. Now that our portfolios are created, we can view them by clicking the View Portfolios link located on the blue ribbon. The View Portfolios page will also become the default page upon login. This page provides you with a table containing the securities in your portfolio, their ratings and ratings metrics, stock price, and market cap or assets under management. You can sort the list by any metric simply by clicking the column header. You can also download the entire View Portfolio table to a CSV file by clicking the Download to CSV button. Adding or removing securities from your portfolio with Quick Add and Quick Delete is also easy. To quickly add a security to your portfolio, type the ticker in the text box located to the left of Quick Add, and click Quick Add. To quickly remove a security from your portfolio, click the Remove button located in the far right column of the row for the ticker you would like to remove. You can also choose which portfolio to view by clicking the dropdown list located to the right of Select Portfolio. To change the default portfolio, click Edit Portfolios on the blue ribbon. Select the portfolio you would like to set as the default portfolio from the dropdown list and click Set as Default. The portfolio you set as default will now become the default portfolio shown upon logging in or clicking the My Portfolios tab. While you're in the Edit Portfolios page, remember that securities can be added or removed by bulk quickly and easily. You can also add or remove securities via Quick Add and Quick Delete in the View Portfolios page. And finally, a feature of the My Portfolios tool we're very excited about bringing to our new Construct subscribers is Portfolio Alerts. To manage your preferences for Portfolio Alerts, Click Alerts located on the blue ribbon. The Alerts page allows you to opt in or opt out of receiving our alerts regarding your portfolios. We offer 2 different types of alerts. Our Rating Change alert provides you with a CSV file emailed to you Monday through Friday at 8 AM Eastern Standard Time. It contains the first 200 companies ordered by ticker in your portfolio whose overall rating has changed. Our portfolio review alert provides you with a CSV file emailed to you on Mondays at 8 AM Eastern Standard Time. This report contains an overview of the first 200 companies ordered by ticker in your portfolio. Alerts are emailed to the address associated with your account profile. To view the tutorial for editing your account profile, click the banner appearing on your screen. You may also specify a secondary email address that will also receive a copy of the alert reports. To add a secondary email address, type the email address in the text box located to the right of Secondary Email Address and click Update. Subscribers are automatically opted in to receive alerts for every portfolio they have created. If you would like to opt out of alerts, simply click the checkbox or checkboxes until they appear unchecked. Then click Save. Thanks for watching this tutorial series on the My Portfolios page.
