Welcome to the New Constructs tutorial for our Basic Fund Screener. To access the Basic Fund Screener, click the Fund Screener tab. Our Basic Fund Screener lists the more than 400 ETFs and 7,000 mutual funds we cover sorted alphabetically by ticker. Only subscribers have access to security prices and our overall fund ratings. To obtain access to these metrics, sign up for a subscription that includes our Premium Fund Screener. The Premium Fund Screener unlocks access to all of our screener metrics and provides unlimited access to our fund reports. To learn more about the capability of our Premium Fund Screener, see the tutorial. You can sort the list by clicking any of the blue column headers. You can also purchase our report for any fund by clicking the corresponding Add to Cart button in the report column. Our Basic Fund Screener allows you to screen ETFs or mutual funds in a variety of ways. You can choose the type of fund— ETFs, mutual funds, or both— by clicking the checkboxes. You can also choose funds by category, provider, or ticker by clicking the appropriate tab. The Category tab is selected by default. To select funds by category, choose one of the 23 major fund categories and click Search. You can also select multiple categories to screen at once. For Mac users, hold down the Command and Option keys and select categories. For PC users, just hold down the Control key and select categories. To select funds by provider, click the Provider tab. Select a provider from the dropdown list containing over 400 providers and click Search. To select funds by ticker, click the Ticker tab and paste or type the tickers in the box below. Tickers can be pasted from lists in Word, Excel, or any other location they're copied from. Tickers can also be typed in the box and should be separated by a space, comma, or semicolon. Tickers are also not case sensitive. Once your tickers are pasted or typed in the box, click Search to run your screen. Sort the list by clicking a column header or consider purchasing a report for a fund you would like to research further. Again, if you would like access to all of our screener metrics and unlimited access to download our fund reports, sign up for a subscription. Thanks for watching this tutorial.
