Welcome to the New Constructs tutorial for our dynamic charting tool. To access the charting tool, generate a stock valuation model and click the Charts tab. Our charting tool is available to subscribers that have access to our stock valuation models for over 3,000 stocks. We provide you with the ability to choose among 12 different types of metrics to chart over historical and forecasted time periods. To generate a chart, choose the type of metric from the dropdown list. Then, input a starting year and an ending year, and click Generate Chart. You can also generate charts for any of the forecasts you've created. Subscribers that have created a neutral, optimistic, or pessimistic forecast can choose from the list located to the right. All of our stock valuation models are pre-populated with a default forecast based on consensus revenue growth estimates. To see the tutorial explaining how to create your own forecasts, click the link appearing on your screen. For this example, I'm going to chart revenue growth from 2010 to 2020 based on the optimistic forecast I've already created. Notice that the historical time periods have a white background and the forecasted periods have a shaded background. Our charting tool also enables you to compare charts for different forecasts. Simply select multiple forecasts and click Generate Chart. Thanks for watching this tutorial. If you have any questions, please leave a comment.
