Walk through the PV Leases page in New Constructs, which calculates the present value of operating leases and automatically adds them to invested capital and NOPAT. You can manually override the lease amount or implied interest if needed.

Welcome to the New Constructs tutorial for accessing and using the PV Leases page. For access, click Financials and Metrics and then PV Leases. The PV Leases page presents the step-by-step guide we use to calculate the present value of operating leases. The aggregate value of off-balance sheet operating leases and associated implied interest is incorporated into the invested capital and NOPAT calculations, respectively.
