The video is an instructional walkthrough of the New Constructs membership within the ThomsonONE platform. It explains how to access New Constructs via the workspace, register with an email, and immediately view the ratings page, which provides a 5‑point rating scale for over 3,000 stocks, 450 ETFs, and 7,000 mutual funds. The rating methodology is described, including the five fundamental factors for stocks and the aggregation method for funds. Viewers learn how to download full reports, add tickers to personal portfolios, and manage up to 50 portfolios, with options to receive email alerts and export data as CSV or PDF. The tutorial covers model portfolios (Most Attractive, Most Dangerous), the Coverage Report for recent additions, and the stock/ETF/mutual‑fund screeners that allow custom criteria filtering and bulk adding of results. It also shows how to access the Research section for weekly long ideas, short‑sell "Danger Zone" ideas, and a searchable archive, as well as the Education hub offering articles and webinars on value investing presented by CEO David Trainer. The video concludes with a thank‑you and encouragement to explore the platform.

This video covers the main products and features of a New Constructs membership through ThomsonOne. On the ThomsonOne Workspace, select New Constructs from the dropdown menu under either My Pages or Client Proposals. If you don't know where to access New Constructs, contact your company's ThomsonOne account administrator. The first time you access New Constructs, you'll need to provide your email address to register your account. Input your email address and press Start Your New Constructs Membership To begin. You will be immediately directed to our ratings page, where you have quick access to the full breakdown of our rating, investment recommendation, and research on any of the 3,000 stocks, 450 ETFs, and 7,000 mutual funds we cover. Enter the ticker you want to view into your ThomsonOne desktop. Our ratings use a simple 5-point scale from very dangerous to very attractive. Stock ratings are based on 5 fundamental factors that measure the quality of a company's earnings and performance against their relative valuation. You can view the actual values for all rated metrics along with comparable benchmarks below the ratings table display. Our fund ratings are based on the aggregation of the individual ratings of the fund's holdings and the cost required to hold a position in that fund. From the ratings page, you can either download a PDF of our full report on the ticker, or add the ticker to one of your portfolios, which allows you to track the ticker's rating and changes to our model over time. On the My Portfolio page, you can review and monitor the tickers you are tracking in your portfolios. This page can be accessed at any time by clicking on My Portfolio at the top of the screen. You can quickly add a ticker to your portfolio by typing the symbol into the text box at the top of the screen and pressing Add. Hitting the plus symbol next to any ticker reveals our full rating breakdown, our overall investment recommendation, a history of the ticker's rating, and the adjustments we make to turn accounting numbers into economic factors. On the My Portfolio page, you can create up to 50 different portfolios to track an unlimited number of tickers. You can also change your email settings so that you are notified immediately when one of your ticker's ratings changes or we update a model. Finally, you can download our portfolio as either a CSV or printable PDF. At any time, you can press the Take the Tour button to get more information on navigating this page. You can also view any of our model portfolios right on the My Portfolio page, including our monthly Most Attractive and Most Dangerous Stock model portfolios. Using the dropdown menu, you can view all the stocks in the model portfolio and add them directly to your portfolio by clicking the green cross. Also, the new Coverage Report shows the tickers we've added to coverage in the last 3 months. Our stock, ETF, and mutual fund screeners allow you to search for tickers given a certain set of criteria. For the stock screener, you can screen on any of the available criteria. The same goes for the ETF and mutual fund screener. Once you have set your screening criteria, click Filter to generate your results. You can add an individual ticker to one of your portfolios by clicking the green cross, or add all the tickers in the list by pressing Add All. Click on Research at the top of your screen to see our latest research, including our weekly long ideas and the Danger Zone, where we discuss short and sell ideas. Read our research here or quickly download a PDF to take with you. A full archive of all of our research is available for you to search. Finally, you can learn more about value investing and the methodology behind New Constructs Research by navigating to the Education section. Members get full access to hundreds of educational articles and webinars on Applied Value Investing with CEO David Trainer, all via the New Constructs website. Thank you for watching, and have a great day!
