Hi.
This is Brianna.
That was good. That was perfect. Everybody, welcome to the Weekly Wisdom.
I'm Dean Graziosi.
I'm here with my lovely daughter, Brianna. You've been on and off these Weekly Wisdoms since you were a baby. Do you remember. Mm. Do you remember when you were really little and you were looking at your nails?
Yeah.
And you went, oh, there's something you didn't like. Do you remember that? All right, so what should we talk about today? I don't know. No. How about you just take over? No.
All right, guys. Hey. So today my daughter's here.
It's a Saturday afternoon. I'm filming a couple days before the Weekly Wisdom comes out, and she was here, and I.
Why don't you jump on camera with me?
So that's why we're here together.
Here's what we're talking about today. Bre.
What? How do you get good at something?
Practice.
And what else? Hard work. Yeah. Do you ever get anything. Does anything ever get accomplished if you don't do those two things? How'd you get so good at baseball? Practice and what else?
Hard work.
What about tennis? How come you're so good at this? Tennis and what else?
Hard work.
So you're.
And I'm bragging about my daughter right now.
So you're in second grade. You're gonna go in third.
But.
But what reading level are you at?
Fifth grade.
Why are you at fifth grade reading level?
Because I practice.
And what else do you do?
Read.
Well, you read, right? It's not that it's hard, but you read a lot, right? So do you think you'd be good at baseball or tennis or reading if you didn't do those things?
And, guys, that's a lesson we were having. I wanted to share with you today. It's so cool. You know, I talk about my kids.
All the time because it's such an.
Easy filter, but so many of us will get my book, get my course, get involved in real estate, or want to change your life, and we'll dabble. We'll read 10 pages and expect massive change. We'll go on a diet for a week and expect to look perfect. We'll want to have our relationship go to another level, but we'll be nice to our spouse for a week straight.
Remember we talked about last Sunday in.
Our Sunday meeting, we talked about, if.
You overeat too much today, will you be fat tomorrow? No.
Okay, I shouldn't use those words. I'm sorry.
But if you spent too much money.
Today, would you be Broke tomorrow.
No, but what if you spent too much money every day?
What would happen in a couple years?
You'd be broke.
You'd be broke.
Okay, see, it's pretty common sense for my 8 year old daughter, but so many of us don't abide by that if we want to take our lives.
To the next level.
Guys, I know we have the strategies, whether it's in personal development, in one of my courses, my books in real estate, in your life, intimacy, your health. If we find a path, find a way to get motivated, find a way to be inspired every day.
And what are the two things again?
Practice and hard work.
All right, so if we practice in.
Hard work, can everybody watching get better at what they do?
Yeah.
Okay. Coming straight from an 8 year old to share with you guys, dig in. This week is just a reminder from my daughter.
This was so much fun that you jumped on with me today. Thank you.
Let's practice and do hard work. Remember, here's the thing. I just had a great lunch three or four days ago with Hank Haney. Just randomly. We had a mutual friend. We met up, we had an incredible dinner. He was Tiger woods coach through all his great years. Eight years with Tiger woods hasn't coached anybody since. Maybe they had a bad breakup, I'm not sure. But great, great guy. And we talked about golf and he said, what happens with so many people that even practice, they practice the wrong swing and it makes a permanently bad swing. So practice and hard work is absolutely a key foundation to taking your life to another level. But make sure you're practic the right way. Remember, your best thinking may have got you right where you are. So we got to shift the thinking whether it's in totally fulfilled. You can get that book for free.
