I never finish a 20-minute scroll of Instagram feeling better in life. Not once. So I said, fine, I'm gonna have Instagram deleted from my phone because I can't trust myself. But what I can do is take the 20 seconds it takes to read down download it when I need to post something or when I need to get back to a friend of mine. But other than that, it's not there because I know that it will— I will go to it and it will make me feel bad.
