What do you do on those days? No matter how much positive thinking you do, how much gratitude you practice, you're still just stressed. With all the opportunities that exist today, why haven't you reached your next level of income, life and wealth? In most cases, we've been lied to. We've been told that if you find the right opportunity and you work hard, you can be successful. And that's simply not true. Millionaires, billionaires, and successful people have realized you need the foundation for wealth, the habits. And that's exactly what you'll be learning on the Millionaire Success Habits podcast. All success starts here. I think there's a moment or a philosophy that once you get to a certain level of success, once all the money comes in, once the relationship is perfect, then there'll be no more stress, there'll be no more worry. But what if I told you that worry and problems were actually the definer between the thing that defined the difference, I should say, between success? Those that just admire success. Okay, so today, right now, I'm in the park across the street from my office. I should be over here more often. It's beautiful. There's gardens everywhere and fountains. I'm just taking a walk. Today I'm actually having a day that was a little stressful. Now I'm not in that space anymore. And I wanted to share this because it doesn't matter where you are. If you make 50 grand a year, 500,000 a year, a million, 10, 20 million a year, you're still going to have ups and downs. But I want to reframe how you can look at those days. The level of your problems is typically the level of the success you crave. If you're satisfied with a mediocre life, with an okay income, with a decent job and an okay relationship and your body looking decent, then life is a lot easier than someone who wants to maximize their full potential to run their own company or evolve through the ranks of their company and have a great body and have an amazing relationship and be an incredible parent and thrive and find happiness. Those take more problems. You have to figure shit out, for lack of a better word. So when someone says that they don't want problems, then I don't think that they want success, because problems are the foundation. It's the building block. When things go sideways or don't go your way that gives us the opportunity to learn and grow. And that's when wisdom is built. Knowledge is when you watch or listen to me, read a book, hear someone talk, knowledge converts into wisdom. After you Try it. After you fail, after you succeed, after you go through the process. Wisdom doesn't just come on its own. That's why people, the older you get, the more wisdom you have, because you failed more. So I want you to think about that today. Now, here's what I know, what puts me in a stressful feeling, and I know how to get out of it. This is what I do for a living. And I wouldn't be here at this phase of my life if I didn't know. But when I'm feeling stressed, it usually means I'm thinking about the things that I lack, I'm thinking about the things that went wrong. I'm thinking about the people who may have let me down. I have hundreds of people that rely off of my brands and my company. So once you know, there's always somebody going to be doing something wrong, including I mess up too, right? But when you're thinking of that loss, when you're thinking of that lack, when you're thinking of what didn't happen, when you're thinking about the money you lost or something that went sideways, that puts you in a state. And then all of a sudden you put on a different set of glasses and everything seems frustrated. Somebody cuts you off in traffic and you want to yell, your spouse, your friend, your relative is a little short or does something, Usually you go, ah. And this. Now you're. You're angst about it. You go home, the dog barks, you want to kick it. No, I don't ever kick my dog. I'm just saying that. But those glasses, wearing them. What good has come out of a day where you're feeling frustrated, a day where you're feeling off, a day where you're feeling angry or feel like the world is against you or people took advantage of you? Here's what I know. Nothing is ever good. Come and come to me in my life when I'm in that state. So when you recognize you're in that state, what you got to do. And this sounds simple, but. And it really can be, is I just took a walk and I started thinking of all the things that went right today. I thought about all the other people who've done amazing things for me. I thought about the level of success I've had and the things that are going right. I thought about my kids. I thought about how amazing they are. And when you do that, of course, we know practicing gratitude is the quickest way. You can't be grateful and sad, grateful and stressed. You can't do it simultaneously you can't think of two things at once, even if you tried right now. You can't think of Eskimos and a desert at the same time. You can't think of all that, right? So you simultaneously can't be grateful and stressed or grateful and aggravated. But grateful is kind of a like a catch. All I'm just talking about. Instead of thinking about the things you lack or the things that went wrong. When you get into that state, when you start thinking about that, immediately say, okay, that didn't work out. What can I learn from that? I'm literally walking through the park right now thinking, what can I learn from today? Then after I think about what I can learn, I think about what did go right. What am I ignoring? What is right in front of my eyes? That's amazing. And I'm pretending it didn't. And the third thing is, what can I learn and what actions can I take at this very moment? Like, what actions can I do today to fix the issue that caused me stress today? What can I do to learn from this? How can I make sure it never happens again? Now, you've heard this before, you've watched videos on this before, but what if today was the day it actually stuck? What if today was the day you actually implemented this into your life and you started thinking that way? Because here's what I know. When you're feeling stressed, I think you have, what, shorter breath, you have shorter patience. I think your confidence goes down. You might feel like you're being bold. No. Someone who's stressed, someone who's aggravated, someone who's a little grumpy, do you think their confidence is good? Do you want to do business with them? Do you want to follow them if you're their leader? No, I want to follow someone. When shit goes sideways, they know how to handle it, they know how to learn from it. And then they find a way to take action, to start immediately fixing it. So I want you to think about that the next time that you're worried. Whether it's in your personal life, whether it's in your business. See, I'm outside. Hear the sirens. It's a good neighborhood. I wonder what's going on. No, it's probably a speeding ticket. I'm just kidding. Just killing a little time there while the sirens were loud. But think about that next time you're in that state. Do whatever it takes to spin out of it. You don't come up with solutions when you're in a panic state, when you're in a stress state. When's the last time you were stressed and worried? Oh, my God. I have the most amazing idea for my new company. No, those come in moments of gratitude, moments of peace. Do whatever you can to get in that space. People follow those. People who are authentic, those that can handle stuff when it goes sideways, those that stay calm in the midst of crap. And it's not something we're born with. I wasn't always this way, but I'm adapting every single day of my life. And if you're watching me, that means you're doing the same thing. That's my message for today. I appreciate you guys. Thanks for being here. Remember, millionaire success Habits isn't about just the quick magic money machines. I share lots of strategies in these podcasts.
