Delphi Actions are rules that trigger specific responses based on user behavior. Set them up to make Delphi shift from answering questions to predicting what you need and offering it before you ask.
Welcome to this series on Delphi Actions Delphi actions let you set up rules that tell your Delphi what to do when something specific happens. Each action has two a trigger what sets it off, and the action what your Delphi does in response. Triggers can be based on what a user says, what they've done, how long they've been inactive, and more. You define the conditions and your Delphi watches for them. When a trigger is met, your Delphi carries out the action you've specified. That might mean sending a message, tagging a user, or even sending data to another platform through an API call. This gives you full control over how your Delphi behaves. You can program follow ups, re engagements, reminders, and more, all based on the logic that you define. There are three ways to create an action. Start with a template built from scratch, or use the Composer tool. In this series, we'll walk you through how to use each method and show real examples of how creators are using actions to make their Delphi's more responsive, proactive and useful.
