This is a YouTube video titled "How to use the Zzysh Champagne Stem - Unboxing and Demonstration" (created 2017-07-16). It is a single-speaker product demonstration by Chef Dennis Littley showing an unboxing and hands-on tutorial for the Zzysh/Zesch wine and sparkling-wine preservation system: installing the cartridge, fitting the champagne stopper, vacuuming a bottle of Prosecco, and giving storage/reuse recommendations. The clip is an instructional/product review-style presentation rather than a multi-person conversation.

Hi, I'm Chef Dennis Littley, and today we're taking a look at Zesch. It's a revolutionary wine and sparkling wine preservation system, and I just tested the wine system on my red wine and everything seems to be good. And now we're going to take a look at the champagne, or in this case, Prosecco. So let's unbox, see what we have here. And we have the instructions, and they're pretty much the same as they were for the wine, so that should be fairly simple to do. Pretty little box with the bubbles on it. And we're going to take out our little magic wand here. And then the cap for the bubbly. So it all looks pretty simple, the same as the wine was, only this is white where the wine system was black, so you don't get them mixed up because they do use two different kinds of cartridges. So we're gonna undo the magic wand. We've already got a cartridge in here, it's just not tight, so— and it says Champagne on it, and it is actually gold. Where the wine system is silver. So we're just gonna tighten this in here, a little twist, not too tight, but you want it to seal. Put the wand back together. And now we're good to go. Now I'm just gonna finish opening up Prosecco. Now one of the things with Prosecco is I absolutely love it, Sometimes I just want one glass. I want something to have with dinner, or maybe I'm celebrating something. I have a new client, everything went well, and I want to celebrate the occasion. Well, but I don't want to drink a whole bottle, have my wife come home from work and find me, uh, you know, giggling on the floor because I had too much to drink. So in this case, we can celebrate, we can have a little afternoon treat, and we can close it up for later and have the rest dinner or the next day. Let's open up our Prosecco. Ah, there we go. I have my Chef Dennis glass. Put that in here. Nice and bubbly. Alright, now with the champagne system, we have a little bit of a different stopper. And what we're going to do is we're going to put the stopper in here, and then these two little wings click, and they click on the lip of the bottle down here. Very simple to use. Same thing, we're gonna go down for about 4 to 5 seconds. That's good. As soon as you start hearing the zish, it means you have enough in there, so you can stop. Okay, so now this bottle is sealed, the air is taken out of it, so it's not gonna lose any bubbles. You can put it back in the refrigerator and drink it within 6 weeks, they say. Now, of course, I don't think I would let it go that long, but within the week to finish it, you know, that would probably be the best thing to do. So this is the system, this is the champagne, this is the wine system, and that's it. And that's zesch. And we're gonna put them away for a while, open them up later, and see how they did. Okay, that's it for today. I'm Chef Dennis Littley, and we were here with Zesch, a revolutionary new system to help keep your wine and sparkling wine fresh and flavorful as it was when you opened it. Cheers!
