Short snippet of a YouTube video (May 3, 2025) featuring Dennis H. Lewis in conversation about why to build quizzes using Bubble rather than other quiz-builder solutions. The exchange opens with a prompt about the large number of quiz-builder products on the market and sets up a comparison favoring Bubble for customization/flexibility (argument to be developed in later chunks).
So why did we start this new concept of building quizzes in bubble? Why? I mean, there's like, how many quiz builder solutions are there out there?
Look, there's a bunch of them out there.
A million? Two million?
Yeah, probably. And the reason I really believe that everybody should forget those 2 million alternatives and just build their quizzes in bubble is because of the trade offs. Look, some quiz builders can add an AI evaluator at the end. Some quiz builders could have different journeys based on the answers and make complicated decision trees. Some quiz builders are more beautiful on cell phones than others. But the problem is that they all have trade offs. So you can't get it completely done like you want it or need it to be done. And that isn't a problem with building it in bubble, because you can make your quiz exactly what it needs to be for your users. That's a big deal because sure, you could save some effort upfront, but you'll end up with a mediocre quiz because the platforms will always have limitations because they're built for everybody.
