A short YouTube conversation (Dennis H. Lewis with a co-speaker) advising creators to be consistent with publishing because algorithms reward regularity; to focus on a small engaged audience rather than aiming immediately for large follower counts (explicit goal: 100 people on a waitlist at launch); and to experiment with low-cost, creative promotional formats (e.g., "No Code Wizard" short videos).

You need to be consistent. Okay. That is something that's important. I mean, if whatever you decide you're going to do, you know, you know, sit down every Sunday and shoot the with your boy, that's great. But do it every week. Make sure it happens and let's actually.
Give an explanation about why it's important. First things first. Algorithms actually like it. Yeah, they love consistency. They love knowing that you're going to show up on their platform and you're going to get the job done. It's been proven. Yeah, they like it. So that's part number one, part number two, your community will like it.
Yeah. And they'll start expecting it, looking forward to it. Yeah. And hey, you know, it doesn't matter. People think that you need a million people. You don't need a million people. Let's face it, you're starting off, you don't need a thousand people, you need 100. That, that should be your goal. You need to have 100 people on that wait list by the day you launch. That's how you get those 10.
Real world scenario here. I mean, at the time of recording, I think We've got about 42 subscribers on YouTube. We got about 15 followers across Spotify, Apple, Podcasts and so on. But these videos, these conversations have already led to phone calls.
Yeah. With phone calls and projects that are in the works to be, to be launched. So it doesn't really require.
A huge audience. And sure, everybody wants to go viral. Everybody wants to have, you know, a million followers and, and hey, you know, we'll eventually grow, I'm sure.
And, and it's important to try new stuff. I mean, if you follow us on, on social media, you'll see the. No. The what? The no Code wizard short videos that we've been working on. I mean, those are embarrassing as you can, as you can imagine them. I mean, it takes us a little bit of time to, to film those because we just laughs so much throughout the recordings that it's, it take a little bit of time. Yeah, but those are really embarrassing. But we understand that, hey, it takes ingenuity when you, when you don't want to spend a million bucks promoting these podcast episodes because we don't want to do that. We'd rather be ingenious and brave and bold.
That means you put on a funny hat and you, and you get your magic wand out and you do stuff. And hey, if that's not it, we've.
Got other crazy ideas trying new things.
Yeah, we've got crazy ideas in the being worked on at the time.
