The link is there on that page and you can see it. And I'm also going to talk about the 2020 holiday bundle, something we have never done before until now. So enjoy the audio and I'll see you on the other side. Hey, everyone, and welcome to the webinar indoor air risk and how you can take control. Did you know indoor air pollutants rank among the top five environmental risks to public health? Top five environmental risks to public health. It sounds crazy because we're so used to hearing about air quality outside being at danger levels. We got smog. We're so used. And that's important. That is important. But I'm going to share three things with you today that's going to revolutionize the way you think about air quality inside. I'm Derek Cole and I'm the general manager here at Simmons. I've helped literally thousands of homeowners. I've been here almost 20 years. Over my 20 years, I've helped thousands of homeowners. And I would love the opportunity to have help you. So what is indoor air? Obviously, this guy is not covering his mouth. He's not worried about it. But that gives you an idea how much the spray goes out. A simple answer is the air you breathe inside your home. According to the EPA, indoor air is two to five times worse than outdoor air. Two to five times worse inside than outside. On average, we spend 90% of our time indoors, at home, at work. We're indoor inside, we're not outside. So with the air being two to five times worse than outdoor air, obviously you see the problem. 90% of our time is indoors. So I'm going to show you three. I'm going to share three things about the air you breathe inside your home and how you can improve the air inside your home. Quickly, very quick. I know what you're. I know what you're thinking. How is it possible? I have a clean home. I dust, I clean. How is my indoor air worse than outdoor air? Again, I want to show you a great way you can start controlling your air environment and start getting possibly amazing results. So first thing we want to talk about, UV light Ultra violet light. The big idea here is that you can bring the power of the sun. The sun has UV light, right? You can bring the power of the sun inside your system, inside your duct system, inside your home safely. Effectively. Again, indoor air is two to five times worse than outdoor air. Hey, the sun's outside. So let's bring that same power inside your system and treat that air is important because again, outdoor air is cleaner because UV light, the sun produces different UV lights. Uva, uvb, uvc. Now, UVC is what they call a dermicidal. So the UVC kills bacteria, fungi, viruses, anything biological in material. It kills that, it controls it, it takes care of it, it eliminates it. UVC light does that. The coil scrubber, the product I want to talk to you about, has that same UVC power. Has the same UVC power. You're just putting it in your air handling system, in your H Vac system, your air stream to start controlling and eliminating all these pollutants. All the air in your home eventually is going to pass through the air handler H vac system and it will be treated once it gets in there. The second thing that's great about the coil scrubber, extremely low maintenance. Now, when I first started in this business, we've always done a lot of indoor air quality. The challenge we kept running into is that these things were not maintained. It was kind of expensive. It had to be either taken out and cleaned, taken out and changed the filter or changed something in it anyway. It was not getting done because of cost and because of the time related to doing it. The main thing here to understand is with the cost cover, you can be at home doing your thing. You basically set it and forget it. You've all seen that infomercial, you know, set it and free it. Same thing with this. You just have this install it. It always stays on. You can forget about it and move on with your life and control these pollutants. You don't have to worry about washing, changing this product has a lifetime warranty. And the UV C bulb I thought about earlier has a two year lamp life. Now, the standard in this industry is one year. One year. But this skull scrubber is so powerful, it has a 2 year lamp life on the UVC bulb. Again, a lifetime warranty on the entire product. 2 year lamp life on that bulb. And when it's time to change it, we can do it. We'll give the price, we'll take care of it, we'll do it for you again. You don't have to worry about it, you don't have to worry about it. The third is that basically it installs in your existing system, your assistant, your existing H vac system air handler. It installs right in there. You don't have to worry about expensive duct unit modifications to get your H Vac. It's gonna fit right in to the existing. And years ago, the problem was as well as was the maintenance, the problem was also duct modifications, getting it to work with that unit, with that setup, doing modifications to make sure it can work effectively. You don't have to worry about that as key because saving you money makes for a quicker install. And a quicker install means you can get to scrubbing those agents sooner with the coil scrubber. Now, I know what you're thinking, Derek. It's not that big of a deal, dude. It's not that big of a deal. Well, the tricky thing is, go back to the beginning. Indoor air pollutants rank among the top five top five environmental risks to public health. It is Real indoor air is two to five times worse than outdoor air. Top five environmental risks to public health. The cold scrubber can start you scrubbing for healthy air at your home from day one. As soon as we install it, quick install again, no duct modifications, no expense. With that, from day one, you're going to start cleaning, scrubbing the air. It also uses minimum household electricity. Very little electricity is used with this product. It's completely silent and actually does a third thing too. It prolongs the life of your system. Because we talked before about getting maintenance on your system, a cleaner system means it can work more efficiently. Guess what the coal scrubber is doing? It's cleaning that coal. The UV light is not letting things grow. So the cleaner the system, the less it has to work. When it runs, the longer it lasts. See what I mean? The longer it lasts. So this is going to help you have cleaner, healthier air in your home. It's going to kill infectious agents, the germs, the bacteria, the fungi. It's going to kill all of those. You're going to breathe cleaner, healthier air again. You're just having the benefit of it being installed. You're not actually doing any work. But as the general manager, I have dedicated myself to helping homeowners like you. What I do is I go out, I do research, I. I find the best products to present to our team so they can present them to you and your family at your home. Again, it's all about presenting the best products and the best solutions for you and your family. We're not trying to push any product, we're not trying to move any products. But if it fits your needs, why not do it? But it's not, it's not up to us to make that choice. We present it to you, you make a decision on what's best for your family, your home. We just tell you what's available. So with that in mind, I've created what we call the 2020 holiday bundle.
