And goal was to buy a high end unit that I wanted to depend on for the next 15 to 20 years because I know I was getting ready to retire.
Hey guys. So in today's video we have Harris Rogers. Mr. Rogers has been a client for for years and we installed an 18 seer high end split heat pump system. We have run through some challenges with programming the motor and the board for that unit. But as he talks about in the video we, we don't shy away from, from any challenge. We work until we fix the problem. It doesn't matter if it's 2 years old or 9 years old, we're going to respond to our clients need us.
Justin, these came out. He was very professional. He really, really respected what, what I wanted and what I needed. He was really concerned about me. He really wanted to get the unit working right. So he wasn't, he didn't leave until he got everything up and running. I appreciate him. He's a good tech. He was really concerned about getting a home. Cool. Getting the unit fit properly. I think more people is up to date on maintenance of the high end unit but I still think more techs need to be trained on the high end unit. But other than that, it's a great company. Y' all very prompt getting someone out so that's the only problem I have with the company. Everyone should be trained on the high end units because like I said, a lot of people don't know what the codes mean and everything needs to be everybody need to be trained on the unit. The text that come out, they're really concerned about really getting it up and running and I don't have any problem getting y' all over. If something happened to the units, y' all is more than happy to come out and send someone. I would describe to my friend that y' all have the best warranty on the units. I seen y' all got the best warranty on them and also y' all a good company. I would recommend y' all because like I said, y' all techs are very professional. They try to take care of the customer best they can and that's that means a lot when you need some work did on your unit and you don't have no problem getting anyone out here in the warranty. That pig similars heating and air conditioning. They got the best warranty, they got the best customer service. If I had to pick a company put my heating and air pick Simmons Heating and air condition.
