Happy Sunday. And Happy Sunday everyone. I wanted to share some of the thoughts I was having today.
And.
Today I've been thinking about.
I've been thinking about your plans versus God's plans and what actually happened. And I know, you know when you think you have, when you think you, you think you want things to go a certain way and you have plans for things to go a certain way and they don't. And obviously you get hurt or upset. It could be a, you know, a career, a job, a relationship. You know, things didn't work out the way you thought they would or the way you want them to.
Like, you know, you think about, I.
Think about this and I think about a, a rainstorm or a storm. And, and you're driving and, and you can't see the exit ramps. You can't see anything really, except for like right in. In front of you. We, when we're going somewhere and we hit a bass storm and, and Judge is in the car and we're driving and we see people stopping or pulling over or under a bridge. And I'm rarely that person stopping because I want to get through the storm storm so I can get out of the storm. And I think it's that way in life a little bit because during the storm you can't see the extra ramps, you can't see left or right. You can't really see anything but what's directly in front of you. So we go through those trying times and we, we just want to push through and, and keep going. And, and then when you look back, you're thinking how. I don't know how I made it, but I'm where I need to be. The, the plans I had were fixing to be off track. I had to go through the storm so I wouldn't take the exit wraps so I could push forward to get to where I'm going. Because you're on this road, you're on this interstate and you know God has a plan for your life and that's why he closes those ramps. He puts you in that storm so you can focus on moving forward and staying on the road that's been for you. I hope this makes some sense of what I'm trying to say, which is being thankful for. When you look back, being thankful for the storms because that kept you on the path through your life and we've all gone through them. Heck, I'm. I'm going through it right now with, with Ms. It's something you can't. I spent many nights thinking, you know, why me? And it's something that is hard. It's difficult to understand or comprehend why you've been put in that situation.
What'S.
Happening to you, why me, why? But when you look back at the end, see the whole picture, you know why you had to go through that storm. You had to stay on that road. You couldn't take the exit ramp, you couldn't drive on the side of the road and pause. You had to keep going because you kept going. You got through the storm and you got to the clear skies. You can see what happened behind you and you can see what's ahead. Yeah, that's why the. They say that's why the. The front windshield at the car is bigger than the rearview mirror or the back windshield because you're supposed to be moving forward. That should be the main focus and the rear view mirrors very small. But you can't see behind you with clear skies once you get through the storm. So hopefully it's been since spoke to someone. But enjoy the rest of your Sunday. It's a new week, new time. Let's go.
