Foreign. What's up everyone? Derek Cole here. Welcome back to the podcast and in the car driving this morning. It's 53 degrees outside right now. 53 degrees. I know last episode we talked about or you heard the the new ad for the Happy heat restoration. I wanted to kind of break down a little bit more this morning because very important. It it's a 84 point check of your system cleaning of the outdoor coal and a 6 month, 6 month, 6 months, 6 month breakdown free guarantee from us. Why is all this important? Well, like I've said before, it's been a long, hot, humid summer. Your system has run a marathon. So now's the perfect time to get it ready for the heating season. Whether you have a heat pump or a gas furnace, it's going to pay off because you're going to make sure the gas pressure is correct, you have a good burn. If you're using gas using a furnace or using a gas bag, you have a good burn, a clean burn, proper readings on the gas output, properly burning.
That system, there is no cracks and the heat exchanger safety items have been checked and confirmed.
You're good to go. And if you have a heat pump.
Well, we're going to fire off those electric heaters, those backup heaters, you know, the first time they come on they have that kind of burning electrical wire smell that kind of freaks most folks out. So we're going to go ahead and activate those, make sure they are working. Also, talk about cleaning the coal. Why is that important? It's for greater airflow on your system. Greater airflow again, it's running a marathon this summer. Grass clippings, dirt, dust, all stuff has piled up on the system and it needs to be cleaned off. If you have a gas unit or even a heat pump, it doesn't matter. It needs to be cleaned and ready and checked and make sure it's working as efficiently as possible.
Because this time of year, I mean it's 53 right now I think the hot today is going to be in the 80s. So this time of year is one of those transition periods. Cold at night, cooler nights, cooler mornings, warm days. So you could be in a situation in which you put the thermostat in auto. You might even activate the heat in the morning because it's a little bit of a chill. But by the afternoon you're back to so happy heat restoration. Make sure your system is good to go because on that very first cold morning people will be calling in with breakdowns. You don't want to be one of the people in line waiting with no heat. Not that we're not going to get to you, we are. But how inconvenient is that to have no heat when you activate heat? How inconvenient is that to have to place a phone call, go on the website, put in a service call and make an appointment? Let's not be inconvenient. Let's go and get it done with a happy restoration.
