It's a little breezy today. I'm on my, on my two mile walk this morning, Saturday morning, what is it? Almost 60 outside, mid-50s, perfect weather, sunshine, beautiful. People were asking me how, how do you do this? How do you keep getting up and walking and especially with Ms. And. Well, to be honest, I'm scared. Shared what Ms. Is doing. I've already seen obviously what Ms. Is doing, so I'm scared. Listen, if I don't do it, I don't eat better, exercise regularly, I don't take vitamins, I'm scared of what's going to happen if I don't do it. And it might be inevitable, it might be going to happen anyway, but I'm going to do everything I can to either slow it down or hopefully stop it, but definitely figure out how to live with it. Obviously I've had Ms. Now for 10 years and I don't know what's right and what's wrong with what I've been doing and what I'm doing. And it's always a, it's always a test and test. See that's the, that's the scary part. I mean there is no blueprint for Derek navigating Ms. I mean each day is a different day, each challenge is a new challenge. So I just have to navigate that as best you can. But as I keep walking, hopefully my endurance is better, my leg is better, my stamina gets better. I have noticed why my time getting better. So that's good. But is the main thing I want to talk about today or head home for you is keep moving. You know, life's going through different things. Everybody's got their own challenges, everybody got, everybody has their own battles. You just gotta keep moving forward. I mean the easiest thing to do would be sit on the couch, sit in the chair. And don't get me wrong, I have my moments of self pity, of complaining, but ultimately it's one life, one time, right? It's the only one, one you got. Keep moving, make the best of it. Be as healthy as you can, be as happy as you can. All the stuff you've heard before, but I guess that's really the message for today. Keep moving.
