Good morning. Good morning. I wanted to tell everyone, from my family to yours, Happy Thanksgiving. Happy Thanksgiving. I hope you take this time to enjoy family, enjoy friends, take some time off, recharge. 2023 is almost over. The holidays are here, and Thanksgiving is an important time to be with family, enjoy good food, and maybe even watching football, right? For those of us who like football but want to come on, really just say happy Thanksgiving. Thank you for listening to the podcast. It means a lot to us here at the office. To take time out of your day to hear what we're saying or to even, you know, give us a thought as to being a part of your lives on a weekly basis is something, something really special, and we do not take it for granted. I think. I think this is episode 500 and something. Something. We're on our way to 600. Really. It's been going on so many years now. We have no sponsors. No one pays us to do this. No one sponsors the podcast. This is really coming from us to you, to give you information, to give you. Here's what I think. A lot of folks just don't take the time needed to educate anyone, especially homeowners, especially being the trades, whether it be H vac, electrical, plumbing. I think more time needs to be spent with homeowners, educating them on the products and the services that can help them. We train all the time here at the office. Every week we train, and the training is about taking care of the client. How would you treat that client if you're going to your grandma's house? If your grandma had this trouble, what would the solutions be? It might be a low piece. It might be a whole solution they need to be looking at. But it's not our job to say you should have this or you shouldn't have this. It's our job to present off of what we see, what needs to happen in the home, what they're struggling with. Look, this is a solution for this particular problem. If you want it, okay. If you don't want it, okay. But at least now you know about it, right? I've taken the time to educate you on the product. So we are so thankful to have you as the listener, to have our client base. They have trusted us in their homes, especially our club members. I mean, twice a year we come into the homes, service their equipment, walk in their house, they invite us in. That's. That's a huge deal. So I just want to say happy Thanksgiving. Enjoy the rest of your 2023.
