In this testimonial interview, a representative (Speaker A) from a rapidly growing accounting firm discusses how Isaac P’s automation services have transformed their operations. The firm, aiming to break the 7‑figure revenue mark, had begun using ClickUp for task management but struggled with the increasing complexity of automations, which diverted the sales‑focused staff from client acquisition. Isaac was brought in to handle the mechanical side of building and maintaining automations across ClickUp, Zapier, and Help Scout, while the firm continued to provide strategic ideas. The partnership resulted in a conservative estimate of 8–10 hours per week saved across the team, freeing staff to focus on sales and client work. The firm is now hiring ten full‑time accountants and sees a surge in lead flow, prompting a desire to expand the automation partnership. Speaker A also highlights the broader value Isaac could provide to other elite accounting firms lacking in‑house technical expertise, positioning the service as a scalable solution for firms seeking to leverage technology without sacrificing core competencies.

I can't then ignore it. I can't hear like, oh, I— we could automate responses to our clients and save a bunch of time in writing emails.
Nah, like that doesn't make any sense to me.
Like I have to at least explore the option.
Got it.
And that's why we have Zapier and ClickUp. And I was looking at Help Scout, like we always are looking at new tools that might be able to make what we're doing Even easier this year. This year, uh, we're gonna break 7 figures top line, and our goal, you know, we hover around this, but somewhere around 50% is, uh, the bottom line.
Got it. Awesome business.
It's a, it's a pretty good life.
Yeah.
We, we are actually right now we're looking for number 10, 10 personnel. There are some of them that are contractors, but I'm talking about people that full-time, 40 hours a week, are doing accounting and taxes here.
When you reached out to me, do you remember what problem or what goal you were trying to reach at the time?
Yeah, um, I was— we had started to use ClickUp And I was the one in the firm that would have to like to come up with how to automate certain things and then actually implement the thing. And that took time. And I realized the more that I added, the more you needed to stay on top of, like there was a lot to track. Oh, I gotta go change this campaign and that trigger because I want to do this now. And it just became a lot to stay on top of. The thing, the main thing that, that I do at the firm is sales. So I'd much rather be on the phone and bringing on new business than messing around with automations and triggers and stuff. So I discussed with my partner and we thought, hey, maybe there's somebody out there that we can bring on that can help with the, you know, the actual, like, the mechanical side. I would still come up with the ideas, but then they would do the mechanical creating the automations. And you were like right at the tippity top, top of the highest reviewed. And I saw, you know, just, I was like, man, I wanna talk to this guy. Like, I wanna see what he knows and what he'd be able to do. And I mean, you've really, you've blown beyond our expectations. We are happy to have you continue to work with us. We hope you'll continue as long as you can. Because there's always— seems like there's always more to do. And you, you brought something to the table, like I said, beyond what we were expecting. You not only can mechanically do that, you know, what needs to happen to make the automation happen, but you, you have ideas. Like, you actually can look at this and go, actually— So I was like, I want to see how that would work. And again, I mean, just amazing. Thank you. For, for everything you've done so far. And again, I, I think we have a long way to go, so I think you'll— we'll want to stick with you guys again as long as you keep doing this. I, I mean, like, tracking leads now, that is a huge— a lot, lot easier, um, keeping on top. I mean, man, and you've saved us all time, so it's like, how do I even Maybe across the board for everybody, or say saving— and this, I think this is conservatively low, but let's say like across the board for the team, 8 to 10 hours that we recaptured. And again, I think that's low. I think it's actually more. And I think that in working together more, that number is just going to keep increasing.
Got it. That would be 8 to 10 hours per week.
Per week for the team.
Yeah.
I mean, I know a bunch of accounting firm owners. We're in this group of elite firms that are doing exactly what we're doing. They're building up their accounting firm and they've been advised of different tools that they can use, but there's— they don't have anybody that's digging, going under the hood and like building it out for them. And I know that they would all gain a ton of value from what you get— you guys do. So in talking to them, I would say exactly that. Hey guys, you know how like technology is insane and we don't have the bandwidth or maybe even the intelligence to keep up with it? Well, I, I'd like to introduce you to Isaac. He has stepped in and, and, and owned that role within our firm. So we don't have to— we don't have to do it ourselves. We can focus on what we're good at, bringing on more work, doing taxes and accounting work. But he can really do the heavy lifting and really— and even come up with the ideas behind what you could automate, no matter what your firm looks like now. That's value. Um, I, it's, I, I, I guess you could always say in a sense we could all do better, right? But like beyond that, I can't point to anything that I was unhappy with. Um, it's just been, it's been good, I, I guess. And this I think is really more on me than on you, but I want to work with you to accelerate what we're doing because, um, our, our lead flow is exploding and it's going nuts. So we're bringing on a lot of work and any time that we can recapture from emails and texts and all this kind of organization stuff, uh, is really going to help us. So I need me some more Isaac.
Yeah.
I would say is the only thing, which is not a negative, that's a positive.
