The biggest lesson I've learned in my career about growing better came from an idea in the Culture Code deck. Solve for the customer. Solve for their success. Put the customer first. And the lesson here is that to grow better, you need a culture that puts the customer first. If you do not have a customer-focused culture, it's not like friction in your flywheel. It's like a full metric ton weight sitting on top of the flywheel. You need to start with a culture where people care about the customer. Makes everything else easier.
