In this monologue, the speaker (presented as Mike) shares his personal morning ritual designed to boost entrepreneurial impact and overall well‑being. He begins with exercise and a struggle to meditate, then introduces a singing bowl he acquired from India as a meditation aid. Each morning he rings the bowl while reciting the mantra “Health, wealth, love, and happiness,” first directing the intention toward himself, then his immediate family, extended community, business partners, country, and finally all humanity. He describes the bowl’s resonant sound as a tangible vibration that helps him feel the intention spreading outward. The speaker frames this practice as a tool for entrepreneurs to cultivate service‑oriented mindsets, suggesting that such rituals can help eradicate entrepreneurial poverty and foster world‑changing impact.

I think a perfect way to start the day is through ritual, and I do certain components of exercise, and I've been trying meditation. That's the thing I've been struggling with. So I found something that I thought maybe you could use to set your mindset around the highest level of entrepreneurial impact we can have, which is impact, changing the world, serving the world, to be of service. Actually, I believe the most successful entrepreneurs do that. So I'm out on my deck. I have— I'm so blessed with this beautiful view of the woods. There's actually about 1,500 square acres of protected land around us. And I got my singing bowl. Funny thing is, I went to India, is where I discovered this thing. And I was like, this is the most amazing thing. India's got it figured out. We need this in America. I'm going to bring back dozens of these. So I bought up these from India, brought them home for my family. Family and friends, and then went to the local Spencer's here and found out that singing bowls are everywhere. So not a grand discovery, but for me this has been kind of a cool way to meditate. So let me show you what I do. I don't know if I'm gonna set this up correctly. We'll try it out. But I sit here in the morning when I wake up, not consistently, not perfectly, but I say the same mantra. I say, "Health, wealth, love, and happiness." And I first set this intention out for myself because I believe the root of what we want to experience has to come from within. Then I think of my wife, my children, health, wealth, love, and happiness. And I do that again. And you can see as you circle around, it makes that singing noise, that chime rings. That noise to me becomes almost a manifestation of vibrations being sent out. It's a, it's a It's a way for me to meditate. I can't easily just sit within my mind. That's a major struggle for me. This has been a wonderful tool because I can see, I can feel it going out. You can actually feel it in your hands and through your body, and you can feel it going out. So health, wealth, love, and happiness. So I then think of my extended family. I think of my community. I think of my business partner. I think of my colleagues. I think of my state. Our country, our world. And I think of you. Even though we may not know each other in person, I try to visualize the entire set of humanity and wish health, wealth, love, and happiness for all of us. Because if we can achieve that, wow, the things we can do as a world. So yeah, just a little tool. It's called a singing bowl. Makes a beautiful sound. And it's not necessary to go to India. To get one. How do you start your day? Maybe you don't have a ritual or plan. Maybe this is a good starting point. All right, entrepreneurs rule. Let's eradicate entrepreneurial poverty.
