Hi, it's Mike Michalowicz here, the author of Profit First and Clockwork and other books. And I rented an Airbnb and I'm working on my next book right here. It's something I do now. Every time I start a book, I rent a space, work with my co-writer, and we dig into it. And I have a discovery I think may apply to you. It's about pinpointing problems. I think the biggest challenge or problems entrepreneurs have is they don't know what their biggest problem is. You know, I think we rush to do all the urgent tasks and we ignore the important. We are constantly trying to resolve and fix challenges without consideration of the one thing in the moment that will most move us forward. So I just want to put that out there as a thought for you. As you look and evaluate your business, what's the biggest challenge that you're facing right now? That really would move you forward? Not the most urgent problem, not fires to put out. I know that's necessary, but what's the one thing that will move your business most forward on a permanent basis? Let's find what the big problem is in the business and resolve that. Let's not try to fix the next urgent problem. Hope that helps. Wishing you well.
