A team-building exercise where you post childhood photos around the office. Employees share stories and connect across roles in a low-stakes, playful way. One photo featured tinsel, a headpiece, and a beard.
Something super fun you can do with your team when you're together is, uh, is these type things. We have them all over our office. It's kind of a throwback to when I was a kid, um, but we're doing it because it just— it's a great way to connect and talk about stories of our past and just appreciate that regardless of our role or job within the business, we're all ultimately Just kids. So there you go. And I don't know, I don't know who that doofus is, but look at that tinsel set. Look at that headpiece. What's going on with that beard?
