The idea of entrepreneurship is just bastardized. I thought entrepreneurship was hustle and grind and workaholism. It's not. You can't scale a business that way. You know, that's the trap now, that entrepreneurship equals hustle and grind. It's not scalable. The day you're tired, the day you're done, the business is done. I want you to own a new label starting today. It's a shareholder. Yeah, a shareholder. What does a shareholder do? Those are the 3 elements you should be doing for the business you started. So starting today, no longer call yourself an entrepreneur, even though I love that term. Call yourself a shareholder because that's how you need to behave.
