I remember meeting with a positivity coach, or maybe it was like a lifestyle coach, but they said something that was profound. The stronger attitude wins. Ever come home and maybe you're having a really crappy day and the person at home is having a wonderful day? That's a conflicting attitude. The stronger attitude is going to win. If you're having a crappy day, "Oh, life is miserable," and you're pulling them down, but they may be returning saying, "But things are great." and they may try to pull you up. At a certain point, both are gonna be negative or both are gonna settle in on positive. Well, you know, this is internal too. It's not just with someone else. We have that constant battle going on. And over time, we'll start to default consistently in one direction. That stronger attitude's gonna win. You have a right in any circumstance to choose the negative or to choose the positive. You can make this a conscious behavior. And if you like to choose the positive, you can start building positive momentum. Positive outlook brings about positive outcomes. So realize the battle goes on every day, but if you have the stronger positive attitude, positive outlook, positive outcomes.
