I can take off my mask for a little bit because there's no one out here. But I just had a call with someone and they said, "I'm really struggling sticking with this process." They're trying to grow their business and it's not working. But she goes, "I know it's just a matter of time. I gotta stick with it. How do I stick with it when I know I should stick with it, but I don't feel that I can stick with it?" And there's a technique I've discovered. It works for me. I use it actually when I'm running. I use it for work. Whenever I know I need to you know, kind of push through. And what it is is not affirmations saying, you know, I got this, I can do this, push yourself. In fact, it's actually not using affirmations, using a question. How am I going to do this? By simply saying how I'm going to do something, I actually start finding the solutions to it. So don't say I am going to stick it out. Say how am I going to stick it out? And you'll start finding your answer. Perhaps that's your weekly wake-up.
