Healthy Relationships and the Dark Night of the Soul (Part 2)
27 Mar 2026 · 30 min
Ricardo Pereira breaks down three relationship stages: the romantic high, the conflict stage where childhood wounds resurface, and conscious interdependence. He argues partners unconsciously mirror our caregivers' traits, and offers concrete tools like safe-space agreements and Imago Dialogue to break the cycle.

Hello, dear Dark Night Traveler. Ricardo Pereira here, your revival mentor and artist, the creator of the Dark Night Monthly Oxygen Tank and also the free Soul Podcast for Dark Night Travelers. And today, on our third episode here of the podcast, It is part 2, part 2 of sharing and you getting a better understanding than ever of why it is really important for you to learn and develop healthy relationships in your life. And also the connection, the parallel between relationships in your life and the Dark Night of the Soul, including the learning and the understanding of the different relationship stages. Thank you for being here today. I want to start by acknowledging you, your time, your curiosity, your attention, But first and foremost, the potential commitment for your own healing and growth. I know that if you're going through a dark night of the soul, similarly to what I went through for almost a whole decade, you are probably feeling as challenged as you have ever been in your life. So I do acknowledge your journey. I do honor your journey. And I really encourage you to be more and more curious about the healing potential of the dark night of the soul. Because on this episode today, we are going to share about how, again, The dark night is stimulating you, is really pushing you in a very, very challenging way to develop the relationship with yourself. What I and many would call a relationship with our authentic selves beyond conditioning, beyond what we originally learned that got you into certain places. And now the dark night is assisting you and also assisted me in a very deeply challenging way to dissolve a lot of that conditioning and getting back to life, to the flow of life in ways like never before, more on purpose with your most genuine needs, desires, dreams, and also we may call it your life purpose as well. So let's start then by summarizing a little bit of last episode, part 1 of this podcast here. And on part 1, on episode 2 of the podcast, I shared with you one of the main reasons why it's really important, really crucial as one of the ingredients for you to enhance your healing and also allow the dark night to run its complete course, which is to learn and create, nurture healthy relationships in your life. And the main reason being because unhealthy relationships which is what the majority of the population has in their lives, perpetuates trauma. And why is it the— what the majority of the population, of the people, have in their lives? Because we do not learn this stuff. We are not taught in our schools yet. or also in the majority of the environments that we are born in, that we are raised in— about how to really develop healthy, deep, intimate relationships. Because one of the things about having studied from now quite a few number of relationship experts, which I would consider, and many as well, top experts from all around the world on the topic of healthy relationships, is that relationships, its main intention is for mutual healing and growing. So I'm gonna say that again because I really want you to start getting it at a deeper and deeper level, at a clearer and clearer picture. Relationships are for mutual healing and growing. But the, the problem here, the challenge here is that since we are not taught how to have healthy relationships that serve consciously that purpose. We are running on automatic pilot for most of the time, and hence those relationships in our lives perpetuate trauma. And so on the last episode I shared, I reminded you about how the Dark Night of the Soul, one of its main purposes is also assisting you in healing your original conditioning, your childhood wounds or trauma. And the way that it then happens is we are wounded in relationship for most of us. Most of the wounds that we originally felt as little boys or girls, they happened in relationship with our caregivers, with our parents or other people in our closer environment. And what happens then is those wounds, we carry them through adulthood unconsciously, and they start dictating our behaviors. They start dictating how we feel or react automatically or unconsciously for most of the times. And until the moment when something happens, either from the outside or from the inside, and we realize that we have been doing that automatically or without awareness that we were doing it, we keep perpetuating those wounds and those traumas. So one of the main, most powerful ways that I've experienced and learned for my overall healing, and also through the dark night, was learning how to develop and nurture healthy relationships. That's also how I came up attracting my life partner, my dearest romantic life partner, which assists me in a very conscious way. And we do that to each other, assists me in enhancing my healing, my growth exponentially. That doesn't mean that it's a must or that there's no other way for healing to happen. That's not what I'm saying. What I'm saying is that I understand more and more that we are an interdependent species. And as an interdependent species, that means that I cannot make it just on my own, that I'm here to also learn how to be in relationship with others. And for some of us, or perhaps for many of us, not all, it's part of our dreams or our life purpose to be in a healthy romantic life partnership. The one, the kind of one that enhances our healing to levels that I had never experienced before. So getting back to the summary of last episode, I also mentioned the stages of relationships, and I'm gonna keep them at the simple structure that I learned. And that is stage 1. It's the romantic stage. The romantic stage is basically when we are on drugs, and I mean on drugs by the ones that we produce naturally. It's called nature's anesthesia because we basically have an opening We, we easily feel attracted to a particular person and we get really close and intimate with them in a very short amount of time. And that happens because we are literally on drugs. This stuff has been measured. So there's certain neurochemicals that when we are on the romantic stage, we really open up more than we have ever for some time or a long time, and we start getting really intimate with that person. We think about him or her a lot of the time, and so we start bonding together really fast. But that stage does not last forever, even though a lot of people try to perpetuate that stage to make it last longer than it's supposed to. Because what happens is there comes a time— one of the educational seminars on relationships I went through said that on average it's around 2 years tops for someone to complete the first romantic stage. So long story short, it's supposed to end that stage. And then what kicks in is the power struggle stage, the second stage, or the conflict stage. And curiously, Hollywood and our culture, it really gives emphasis and kind of idolatrices the romantic stage. And that's okay, and that makes sense because most people don't have a clue about healthy relationships, so they don't know what else there is. So that's why a lot of the movies and a lot of our culture is kind of targeted towards that initial stage where you are now, and you just feel like going out all the time because you're literally on drugs, as I said. But then the second stage kicks in. And the second stage, the power struggle or the conflict stage, necessarily has to come as well. Because conflict, as I learned and I experience it, is growth trying to happen. So, one of the things that I shared on part 1 of this episode here is that what unconsciously draws us, what unconsciously attracts us to a potential romantic partner are basically two things. And that's at an unconscious level. I'm not talking at a conscious level. We'd probably not be doing it if we knew what we were doing. But that's just how our minds work. So unconsciously we attract someone with these two characteristics: the top negative traits of our parents or caretakers and the top positive characteristics, traits of our parents or caregivers. That means that without most of us having that awareness— I know that I didn't, and I know that whenever I share about this stuff, for most people they go, "Huh?" And then I ask them a few questions, strategic and specific questions, and they go, "Shit!" With that awareness and realization now, And so what that means is that because we were wounded by the people that were more close to us, it means that we then started feeling certain frustrations, certain needs that were not really being met. And Those frustrations, those needs, those hurts started becoming like these seeds in our unconscious for healing to happen. And those seeds are what drive most of our behaviors for most of the time. But we're not really aware of it until we are And so the romantic partners that you attract, they are going to have exactly the same potential to wound you really deeply because they have the top negative traits and the top positive traits as well. And what that means is that when you're doing it unconsciously and in the the same or similar way as most people, you're just on automatic pilot and so is your partner and you just keep stimulating and you keep doing similar behaviors or different behaviors that trigger similar frustration, childhood ones, similar needs, childhood ones, similar fears and wounds childhood ones. So, the conflict stage is when you stop, when your brain naturally starts pumping those neurochemicals, all of a sudden you're not as influenced as before with those same neurochemicals. That means that you start seeing that person for who he or she also really is, and that is someone that will be really similar in many shapes and forms to your caregivers or parents in your childhood environment. And so when those frustrations, when those needs, when those fears, when those hurts start coming up, then you have two possibilities in the conflict stage. Number one here, which is what most people do, just basically mostly because they do not know how to do differently, is you start perpetuating those still, those same hurts. That means that you re-wound yourself because you're not doing on this option something different. And so, what basically happens is a few of these things. You either are in an aggressive power struggle for most of the time or a lot of the time where it feels like you're doing this ping pong, this table tennis or this tennis game where it's like hitting a ball, receiving it, hitting it. It's like that power struggle most of the time or you can also get emotionally divorced. That means like a lot of people do that you keep living with that person miserable until the rest of your life. Physically still close to that person, but emotionally, boom, you've already been away for way, way, way too long. So, that's called kind of emotional divorce. And then option number 3 here on this side is you divorce on that person and you may then move on a bit further along the road to attracting another person. And if you don't learn about this stuff, you repeat it all over and all over and all over again. The cycle keeps repeating itself. Does anyone hear the term suffering here? As in keep trying to learn the same lessons and keep repeating them and going back again and going forward and going back and going forward. So, these are kind of the three here. Or on the conflict, the Power Struggle stage, you learn how to do conflict differently in a healthy way, as it's taught by people who are studying and living about healthy relationships like myself or others. And you have this option here. You learn specific strategies to navigate through healthy conflict. And stay curious, stay with me, because in a while I'm going to do the parallel about what's happening again between these stages and the dark night of the soul as far as the relationship, the intrapersonal relationship with yourself means. Stay with what I'm saying because it'll make more sense in just a while and also in the following days and weeks. So, on this option here, you'll learn a few strategies, and that's what we are going to also dive a bit deeper on today's episode because we have already started making the distinction between consciously and unconsciously doing relationships, because the potential is always there. I see it all the time. When you're a scientist and you learn, but you're the really good kind of scientist, the curious one, the, the open-minded, the heart-minded, the one that understands that your influence reality, and reality is influencing you. So not the old school, I mean the really good kind of scientists that we're now starting to have more and more that bridge all of these teachings, knowledges in a more holistic way without disregarding this, this, this, or that. No, they go in, okay, this works, this works, this works, let's make it work even more, more powerfully When you have that kind of scientists, you are able to tell that with curiosity you can observe certain things that other people cannot. Because you've just been practiced and you observe it and you test it and you explore it. So I see it all the time, the healing, the growing trying to happen. In relationships. And people run away from conflict like it's the devil. But conflict is just growth trying to happen. Actually, conflict is when the relationship actually starts to happen. Because up until then, you have been dealing or connecting or perceiving someone just through your own lenses, which are tainted by those same neurochemicals from the romantic stage, and so is the other person. So you're not really seeing him or her, you're just seeing a part, a perspective. But on the conflict stage, those lenses go vroom, and then conflict, then growth and healing is trying to happen. But this distinction is If you have the possibility, the awareness that you can do it either consciously or unconsciously, and we've already mentioned a bit about what the unconscious way of doing it does, and that is leading to stagnation, leading to rewounding, leading to perpetuation of trauma. On the other hand, Healthy conflict leads to self-discovery. Healthy conflict leads to healing at a way, way deeper level. Healthy conflict leads to growth beyond the older conditioning. And healthy conflict leads then to the third stage, which is the interdependence, the conscious love stage. The stage where you realize that you are neither just these polarities of either feeling totally and completely independent like an island in the middle of the ocean, or totally in completely dependent, as if you feel or believe that you need or depend from that person to live, which is what we felt many times as infants. And the trouble is, because there was not then the process of individuation, as Carl Jung talks about it, when we start realizing moving beyond any of these polarities or jumping between any of those into a dance that is in the interdependence of, yes, I am an individual, I have my own traits, I have my own talents, I have my own vulnerabilities, my own story, but I'm also an interdependent species. I can also, and I do also, depend in a healthy way from the world around me. Because as I mentioned in part 1, as we, as we brought there, we're always in some shape or form of relationship with something all the time. And that can be with our bodies, with ourselves, with our nervous systems, with the ground, with Mother Earth, with the food that we receive from Earth and that we put inside of our bodies, from the— with the air that we breathe, with the light that comes from the sun, with the stars or the moon that influences the oceans and also the tides. Inside of us, with animals, and above all with people and ourselves. And a lot of people going through a dark night of the soul isolate themselves. And I get it, I did that as well for a lot of the time because it's a period to really go inward and learning to stay also better, more capacitated, more resilient, safely, more safely, safer, more comfortably, more meaningfully with ourselves and only with ourselves. But you can't really just make it on your own as well. So if on one hand I also during my dark night of the soul isolated myself a lot because it's also part of the process of what's happening at an unconscious process. I also put in practice every time I could, every time I could, one step after the other, these exact strategies and teachings that I'm bringing you because I had learned about healthy relationships before. And then if you haven't heard what triggered my own downward spiral into a dark night of the soul, you can ask or go watch if you have available on the Dark Night Oxygen Tank, or just send me a message saying, Ricardo, let me know I want to watch the video where you share about your personal story of what triggered you, of how it was to going through your own dark night of the soul and what helped you in getting out of it. But basically, I had done at quite some depth the learning about healthy relationships. But that wasn't really happening at an integrated level in my life. So that's why I also went to the dark night. And while I was going through it, it was the seedling, the nurturing of these healthy relationship strategies with myself and with others that assisted me in also making the changes that I needed. That's also what assisted me to attracting my beloved unique life partner that I'm blessed to wake up and fall asleep almost every night. Where I usually say that tears easily start wanting to come out of my eyes just by talking about her in ways like these because it's that deep. The level of love, intimacy, meaning, healing, and growing that a romantic partner can bring. If you're one of the ones that chooses, that knows, that understands that you're here to also experience that at a deeper level.

So, what are some of the main strategies then for you to be able to navigate through healthy conflict? And remember, I said, stay curious, pay attention, because I'm bringing all of these to make the connection the parallel with the relationship with yourself. Because remember, the dark night is assisting you in developing the relationship with yourself. You've been on the romantic stage with yourself as well. You probably may have felt a connection with God, the universe, this creative intelligence flow that permeates all of us in ways that you just felt blissed out. Some of you probably may have gone through that. If others didn't, that's okay. It doesn't have to be that way. But what I'm saying is that that is one way of you experiencing the romantic stage with yourself. For some of us, I know that I felt like in ways like in freaking nirvana for almost a whole year when I was doing some deep intensive personal development work. And then later on I got into really the conflict stage with myself, which was for me and for a lot of us the dark night of the soul. So some of the main strategies here are these. You have to be aware. Number 1, you have to be aware of your relationship values. What does that mean, your relationship maxims or values? It means that you need to have some assistance, either doing it by yourself— that may, that probably is tough. I know that I needed assistance from others to doing it because again, it's part of that interdependence. But you can also for sure try to do it on your own and then someone else who is already a bit further along the path can assist you to going with more clarity and deeper on it, which is what is a relationship really important for me for? In other words, what are my relationship priorities? But it's way beyond than priorities, it's values or maxims. In other words, if I could only choose like these 5 ingredients to be part of the top priorities for which I would be nurturing consciously and unconsciously all of the time my different relationships, including the one with myself, a potential romantic partner, with my clients, with my friends, with basically anyone, what would those 5 be? Because without that clarity, you're still going a lot in automatic mode. It's like being on an ocean and just feeling the wind, hearing the wind coming from different directions, and just not knowing where to go. So going here, then going there, then going there. Why? Because you do not have a direction. So you need a direction. That's where the relationship maxims and values come in. Then we And when you have those directions, you can start creating new behaviors, new actions, new moments, new different kinds of experience. Like, for instance, for me, one of my relationship maxims is playfulness. That means that I need to, I really need to at a soul level, at a genuine need level, to nurture a lot of playfulness and fun with myself, with the little boy, my inner child inside of me, with my romantic partner, with my clients as well. You may have seen me like just playing around, and that's because it's part of one of my relationship maxims. Now, if you feel somehow that's not for you, I'm okay with it. I cannot do it any other way. At the same time, you may realize by the token of this podcast that I've been on a different state where I'm not really playing in that sense of playing. I'm playing, but in a different kind of playing. Why? Because that's part of the discernment piece. There's moments for playing. There's moments for being more assertive in a communication, more empathizing, more vulnerable. But for me, playfulness is one of them. And that's why I also became a professional clown. If you haven't heard of before, besides being a personal development and relationships mentor, I am also an artist. I also became an artist. And I became an artist as a consequence of my own healing. Healing, of the healing of my own inner child wounds, my own childhood wounds. And because of not having played with basically many other children as a little boy, I was isolated for most of the time. And as a reflection, as a consequence of not having felt safe to express my creativity, my freakiness, I became a professional clown because that vehicle gave me a road or several different roads for me to just do exactly that. So when you do that, not the particular clowning thing for you, when you actually are able to identify your wounds, your relational maxims, and then you make that commitment of healing and growing to yourself first and foremost as, as a top priority in your life, then you start making different decisions and magic starts happening. So relational values, genuine needs, I already mentioned a little bit about these. You— it's important, it's really, really important that you are able to identify what were some of your most genuine needs that as a little boy or girl you did not have attended or fulfilled by your caregivers, your parents, whoever that was. And that's part of how the wounding happening because those were genuine needs of yours. They could have been needs of emotional safety, again, of playfulness or expression, of curiosity, of connection, of exploring the world around you. Many different kinds of genuine needs. And it was when I did the work to identify those needs with the help of other mentors for me that I realized that those needs were coming up in my past relationships. And those same needs also come up in my current relationship. But the difference being, because both me and my life partner, we have a commitment, and it's an explicit commitment, um, that we are on this relationship for our mutual healing and growth. For basically being able to tap more into our own creativity, into our own connection with self, with life, God, the creative force, whatever we may want to call it. And also that feeling of aliveness, that reclaiming of feeling of aliveness and our own relationship values. Then we get to experience something different And we get to make different choices. We get to create different behaviors. We get to act differently with each other and ourselves, as opposed to reacting. Because we both have done and keep doing the work to knowing what our needs are that come from being little boys or girls, and also that they come up in a relationship because that's just part of the natural process. So genuine needs, being able to tell which some of the most ones are, the top ones are, and fulfilling them. That's another strategy for doing healthy relationship with someone else. Also creating a safe space. Having a commitment to creating a safe space. A safe space at an emotional level. A space— a safe space at a physical level. A safe space at a mental level. And a safe space at a spiritual level. So that safe space needs to be one of the commitments, one of the ingredients for the relationship with yourself and with a potential romantic partner and any other person that you really want to be intimate with and have close in your life. Because when that safe space is not nurtured, is not part of the agreement, that's when the rewounding happens. That's when you start going into the old wounds and feeling the older frustration. So, you need that safe space so that new seeds are then not only planted but watered and you can start noticing the new flowers, plants, and trees coming up and all other kinds of juicy stuff as well. You have no idea. Yeah, you will. Ahahaha. So, and one other piece that I want to bring today is you need to learn how to communicate differently. So one of the experts, the relationship experts that I learned from is called Harville Hendrix, and he created together with his partner Helen Hunt. They both do beautiful work and are some of the main influencers at an international level to bringing this kind of awareness. One of the conversational technologies, for so to speak, or structures they've developed is called Safe Conversations. There's also a version called Imago Dialogue which is more of a therapeutic one, but let's keep to the safe conversations one. If you look up on the internet safe conversations Harville Hendrix, you'll find either some free or paid content to teach you how to communicate differently with anyone, including a potential life partner, where you get to go through these stages of communication where you really hear at a different level. You validate, you acknowledge what the other person is communicating. You also are able to understand at a different level. And what happens is when we do not use these structures of communication where we mirror what we're hearing, where there's a moment, kind of a ritual, where one just speaks, communicates, and the other just listens and mirrors. When something like this isn't happening in some moments, we're not really listening. We're just listening to our own stories inside our minds. I've had plenty of people that when I go through them with these structures in the beginning, they go, what the fuck, this is hard, I'd never done this before. And it's just hard because you've never done it before. But a few times, you'll be in it really quickly. Because when you feel this level of connection activated through these structures of conversations, then healthy conflict starts happening. And for healthy conflict to happen, you have to get out of this unconscious priority, which is trying to be right. Trying to be right does not work because what we're talking here is about heal. What we're talking heal is about connection, is about intimacy. Into me you see. Into you I see. It's not about trying to be right or wrong. That's just an unconscious fucking priority that we learn as little boys or girls because we see most of the people trying to do it. But it doesn't really work. It's never worked and it won't really work. And we need to do something differently. So the strategies I've been bringing you here today are for you to learn some of the ingredients that it takes for you to get a clearer picture, a more detailed picture about what you need to aim for. Which includes as well making agreements within relationships because the perpetuation of the trauma happens by perpetuating implicit agreements, which is the unconscious dynamics, the dysfunctional dynamics that we bring with ourselves, that we bring with ourselves into the relationship. And when we start getting this awareness and we start doing something different, we start bringing new kind of behaviors, the ones that really promote deep healing and growth. And then the wonder, the aliveness, the adventures starts coming up again at a whole new gradual level. And now to the last piece of our podcast today, which is the connection, the parallel with yourself. Now I really want you to start soon go back again to this episode and hear it again. This is kind of like those episodes where at the end on a TV series or one of those sci-fi mind-bending movies, you go and you realize something and you go, shit, I was hearing it, seeing it all the time, but I really didn't get that at the time. So now I want you to soon to go back and hear it and see it again, if you're watching it, seeing it, with a different perspective. And that is that the dark night of the soul is a lot or all about as well the relationship with yourself. The relationship with your inner child. The part of yourself that is still very much wounded and needs care, nurturing, attention, healing, new behaviors, new agreements, explicit agreements. The dark night of the soul is the conflict stage. You've been kind of in the romantic stage for a while in yourself. You've had moments where you felt really happy, excited, enthusiastic, blissed out, whatever that was, ecstatic. And now you've been feeling totally disconnected, or, or a lot disconnected for some, or most of yourselves with yourself and life for a lot of time. That is the conflict stage. That is growth trying to happen. That is healing trying to happen. You're no longer being influenced by the neurochemicals of the anesthesia that you were in. Before. You are now having the opportunity to really be in relationship with yourself so that you can develop with yourself exactly what I'm talking about: a deeply authentic, intimate, healthy relationship with your authentic self, with your inner child, by realizing what some of those wounds are, what those genuine needs were and still are. For you to be able to start fulfilling them, you need to be the parent for yourself. No one is coming to save you. Yes, when you start doing that at a way more committed level and deeper level, and if you do want to attract a life partnership that exponentially enhances your healing, you can do it. You can do it. But that only happens when you level up the commitment with yourself first and foremost. And for that to happen, you want to and you need to parent yourself. You need to be that person for yourself, the adult for the part of yourself that is also a little boy or a little girl that has those wounds, those frustrations, those fears, those needs. And it's kind of a wondrous and really magical, adventurous, sometimes a mind-bending one where big fans of sci-fi here. I've always, I always went for sci-fi not really just to entertain myself but also to learn ways of experiencing reality differently than most people that would just go to sci-fi and think, oh, this is just science fiction. No, for me when I go to sci-fi I see it as a kind of a documentary. So it's mind-bending, yes, but we're not talking about experience that most people have. Most people are running, as we've just realized and are realizing more and more now, on automatic pilot. And on a first level, you need to gain those levels of awareness, your relationship maxims, your life maxims for the relationship with yourself, so that you then start having not only the commitment but then honoring, respecting the commitments with yourself. Making those agreements and also finding and creating new ways of communicating with yourself as well. And that way you'll be able to start navigating through the conflict stage. And as you start navigating in a different way in the distinction between unconsciously doing relationships or consciously doing relationships, including the one when you're with yourself, then healing starts happening at a whole new level. And that's what the Dark Night is stimulating, is asking for you to step up your game. But it starts with a decision. It starts with the decision about you making that commitment of you making yourself that top priority. What about yourself? Your growth. Your healing. Your healing. Your growing. The relationship with that part of yourself that we may call it the inner child as well. Where a lot of the magic resides. That interdependence with that part of yourself and then with others around you. So, I trust that by now it is way, way clearer. And if by some shape or form you feel a bit overwhelmed by the information that you receive, that's okay. You've been feeling overwhelmed for a lot of the time during the Dark Night. You might as well feel overwhelmed when that happens by immersing yourself in the environments and in the information that really stimulates you to propelling forward to a totally new chapter in your life. Thank you so much for your curiosity, your attention, your trust, but first and foremost for the potential of the commitment with your own healing and growing with yourself. With the life that you came here to experience, to the intention or commitment of really using the challenging stage of the Dark Night of the Soul as this rite of passage for you to step up into maturity and also start parenting yourself. Yes, there are new responsibilities ahead and here for you to, to take when you make that decision now or later. And those same responsibilities paradoxically can and will very likely lead into a level of connection with yourself and life more wondrous than you may have ever experienced before. Again, thank you for your time, for your curiosity and attention. I'm here to serve. Thank you for playing with me, and I look forward to keep serving you. Ciao ciao!

With the monthly Dark Night Oxygen Tank, you will be able to enhance your healing, bring more comfort, and more powerfully learn your dark night lessons so that you can let the dark night run its complete course and lead you to a new chapter in your life where you feel more connected and on purpose than ever before with yourself, your dreams, and your authentic expression. We need your gifts and your talents in the world, and you do deserve yourself the opportunity to live a life more and more connected to your own purpose. You deserve to feel supported in an interactive community of other like-minded Dark Night Alchemists that are learning, just like you, how to bring more comfort, clarity, and enhance their own healing during the Dark Night while being supported and guided by those who've been there, including myself. No one can do it for you, and we cannot do it alone as as well, please head now to patreon.com/darknightmentor. That is patreon.com/darknightmentor and click on the Dark Knight Oxygen Tank pledge to find out the details about how you can enhance your healing what you'll get as part of the monthly guided support system.
