I don't know who needs to hear this, but I'm called to share. Are you burnt out of being burnt out? I get it. I have 3 tips for you. 1, accept it's temporary. Recognize that burnout is a common experience for us mothers, especially during challenging times. There are seasons of motherhood, and some are hard seasons, some are easier. The next season will soon be here. Number 2, stop resisting it. Okay, instead of fighting against it, the feelings of burnout, try to accept it and just allow yourself to feel them. Resisting often prolongs that season. Do you get that? All right, number 3, take time for yourself. This can include booking a hotel room alone or doing something you enjoy without guilt. Remember, self-care is important for both you and your family. Your family gets the best version of you after you take time for yourself. It's not a luxury, it's essential for the wellbeing of the entire household. Be unapologetic of your needs. So just a gentle reminder, there are seasons of motherhood that are simply harder than others, but there will be a season soon that's easier.
