If you want to work with me, if you want to be in my ecosystem and you want to be my student, I ask people to agree to my version of the Four Agreements. Number 1, you have to be good at what you do. I can only help people who are really good at what they do. So if you come into it and you're like, hey, I'm a 17-year-old person, I've done this, I'm like, no, you haven't. Come back to me in 5, 10 years. Show me the receipts of how you've done this and how you become an expert at what you do, because I don't really want to help you, because none of my strategies will help you. In fact, all they'll do is expose that you're not good and that you're a faker. Number 2, you must always deliver more value than what it is that you charge. So if they give you $100, you got to deliver $101. Just deliver more value. I love this because this eliminates the problem that people think they're charging too much. We'll just deliver more value. You got that problem solved. Number 3 is you have to serve the client's need ahead of your need to make money. So you always do right by them. If they're better off by going with a cheaper option, a different option, you must recommend that. This is what it means to have integrity. Number 4 is a really weird one. You must always tell the truth. So if you think you can't do it, say I can't do this. If you think that idea would hurt the company, you have to say that. You must speak your mind. If you follow those 4 things, I can help you.
