If we go on this path, then, like, I know people that say, I don't use drugs, I just drink alcohol. Are they actually using drugs in scientifical terms?
Yes, unless you're drinking alcohol to put on weight because it's calorific. If you're using alcohol for its psychoactivity, then of course it's a drug.
So you're a drug user. If you drink.
Alcohol, you are indeed.
