What else happens when you expose yourself to cold? You will have an increase in dopamine and a dopamine spike that you get from going into the water might be up to 2.5 fold. It could be up to five fold actually. Okay. But if you do that then you would definitely get that drive and you would get that energy from the noradrenaline. You would also get with you can stay in the water for a, for a minute or one and a half a minute or something like that. Then you would get over what is called the cold shock when you use your breath to get into control meaning you will dampen that stress response and you want to do that because then you get over that feeling of not being able to breathe. That is one thing. But telling your body you are okay, you don't have to panic, I am in control. Yeah. Telling your body to do that trains both your stress window so you can tolerate more stress.
