This is a YouTube video titled "A Systemic Impact in Kidney Decline!" containing a monologue or lecture-style discussion recorded in August 2025. The speaker explains the progression of kidney disease stages and their systemic effects on various body systems, including the bone marrow, brain, and pancreas, highlighting the complexity of kidney decline and its broader health implications.
In my paradigm, stage three is 30 to 60. A lot of pathology starts happening. That's when, okay, we better start calling this kidney disease and do something. In my mind stage two is already a lot of down regulated pathways. There's dysbiosis, there's endothelial damage, there's mitochondrial damage, there's chemical toxicity, susceptibility, the, the kidney tubules are starting to decline and they're the discernment. In other words what do I keep and what do I excrete and when that's broken there's a lot of distress on all, all the systems. I mean you mentioned, you know like the bone marrow gets affected because there's anemia, the brain function goes down. I mean the cardiorenal conversation is enormous. The cardiorenal metabolic, you know, there's a risk for diabetes and the pancreas is affected. So basically what I've done with this book is look, every single body system in its axis with kidney decline.
