And so one of the things that history tells us is that there's nothing external to us that can ever make us feel safe. Truly. Mm. Nothing. All of it can be taken away. History's shown that, you know, thousands of times, probably hundreds of thousands of times. Everything can be taken away, right? And so how do we ultimately feel safe? So having unconditional self-love, and when you connect to Source or energy or God or, you know, whatever your framework is, then you can actually start to feel safe knowing that you're connected, knowing that you're loved, knowing that you're safe in that, right? And that provides so much calming and healing into the nervous system, which then translates into the physical body, right?
