Every nutrient that I've looked at from a nutrigenomic standpoint, it's hard to beat sulforaphane. I mean, vitamin D is massive, right? Magnesium's massive. There's so many things that are massive. But I think sulforaphane may be one of those things that most people are not aware of. And you do find it in broccoli, and broccoli sprouts have 10 times more than broccoli, and broccoli seeds have 10 times more than broccoli sprouts. And then you can get supplements that have sulforaphane accompanied with the enzyme that activates it, myrosinase. Called Admocol and Admocol Extra, which is a, an interesting supplement. But the point is that when you're taking high doses of sulforaphane, it's anti-cancer, it's anti-dementia, it decreases detox, it decreases, you know, lots of different gene expressions that you don't want to have. So it's one of the go-to things that we put almost everybody on is sulforaphane.
