You eat cholesterol and saturated fat, your blood cholesterol level goes up, and then that cholesterol gets stuck to your artery walls, and that's what causes heart disease. We know it's more complex than that. We know it is not as simple as that, and that's what we need to, I think, really start to acknowledge more in the world of cardiology if we're going to truly start to make some progress against this disease. That quite frankly, we've been failing to make progress against for the past 40 or 50 years that we've been operating under that hypothesis.
