The Full Tour of What Living Young for a Lifetime Actually Looks Like

In this video Dr. Jeffrey Gladden gives a comprehensive walkthrough of his longevity clinic, illustrating the extensive intake diagnostics, functional testing, AI‑driven data analysis, and a suite of personalized therapies aimed at “living young for a lifetime.” He begins by showing a client’s private room and then demonstrates a series of rapid, on‑site measurements: O₂ saturation, autonomic nervous system pulse waveform, central aortic pressure and arterial stiffness, and antioxidant capacity. He explains the cardiopulmonary exercise test (VO₂ max) as a key predictor of lifespan and disease risk. The clinic processes all lab work in‑house and uses AI integrated with the electronic medical record to synthesize thousands of data points into actionable leverage points. A case study of a patient with multiple cancers illustrates how genetic screening (e.g., G6PD deficiency) can reveal that otherwise beneficial interventions like ozone therapy may be harmful. Dr. Gladden then details several therapeutic modalities: extracorporeal blood ozonation (EBOO), total plasma exchange with albumin/IgG to lower biological age, and the importance of sequencing these with regenerative procedures (PRP, exosomes, stem cells). He showcases precision tools such as ultrasound‑guided injections, pulsed shockwave therapy, and the NuEx muscle‑balancing device. Throughout, he emphasizes personalization, safety, and the synergistic effect of combining diagnostics, AI, and targeted treatments to rejuvenate the body while maintaining a youthful mindset. The video ends with a personal anecdote about his own vitality despite his age, reinforcing the clinic’s promise of a 30‑year‑old body and a 300‑year‑old mind.

I want to take you on a little tour. I want to go behind the door here. I'm going to show you what it takes to live young for a lifetime. So here you are in one of the client rooms. Every client, when they come in, they get a room to themselves. This is really nice. They can set up shop, use their computer, use their phone, whatever they need to in between our testing. The beautiful thing about us is that we do very extensive intake testing every single time someone comes to the clinic. It's basically information we get back right away, so we have instant sort of feedback, if you will. If you were to add up the price for all these, if they were done individually, it might total over $1,200, but it's simply included in every membership that people have So let me show you what that looks like. I'm gonna hook myself up to a bunch of things. That's not how we usually do it, but you'll get an idea of exactly what we're doing. Let me show you. This is the most simple device I have on. It's basically giving me my O2 saturation, how much oxygen's in my blood, what my pulse rate is. I've got a lot going on here. My pulse rate's 65, so not bad. This, on the other hand, is a different device. This is actually looking at my autonomic nervous system and also measuring my pulse waveform like a Chinese doctor feeling your pulse. I can feel it come up and go down. These 2 jumper cables on my wrists, right, the yellow and the red, they work together. This is actually a deeper dive into my nervous system. It shows me how stressed I am or how calm I am and how relaxed I am. And it even goes deeper. It ends up giving me a biological age for my nervous system. On my arm here, if you can see on my arm, this is a special blood pressure cuff. It's not your doctor's blood pressure cuff. This one will be inflated twice. I'll do it sitting and I'll do it standing. And what it has the ability to do, running it through the computer, is not just give me a blood pressure but measure my central aortic blood pressure, right? Why is that important? Well, this should be lower than what's in my arm. The other thing it will show us is how stiff the arteries are. As we age, arteries can stiffen up. They get harder. They fill up with senescent cells and things like this. So this is measuring my antioxidant capacity. This is directly related to what I ate recently. So This morning I had some pomegranate seeds and I had some greens last night. I had a little bit of a green drink this morning. You can see I'm flashing blue here, so I'm not 100%, but I'm probably about 750 or 800 out of 1,000, which is actually not bad. I haven't really had much to eat today. So it's a way for us to get a look at antioxidant capacity in the body. Very important for aging. So now that we've done all the check-in testing, what I'd like to do is take you over here and I'm gonna show you a test that shows you how much oxygen your body can utilize. This is a critical test to understand because the more oxygen your body can utilize, the longer you live, the less cancer you get, the less heart disease, the less dementia. So let's go take a look at that. Okay, this is a very important test. This cardiopulmonary exercise test is gonna tell us how long you're gonna live and how well you're gonna live. So what we're measuring with this is how much oxygen your body is able to utilize. We can measure through the mask, O2 in, CO2 out. From that information, we can actually see your body's ability to utilize oxygen. As it turns out, it depends on a number of factors: your mitochondria, blood flow, the heart pumping. All these things factor in. But at the end of the day, the more oxygen you can utilize, the longer you live, the healthier you are, the fewer diseases you get, and the more fun you have in life while you're alive. So this is a really critical test for us. We love this test, and everything we find here is actually modifiable. So even if you start someplace where you're not happy, we can get you to the place where you're happy. It has a massive impact on your enjoyment of life, your ability to live young for a lifetime, right? You need this. As people get older, they naturally have a decline in their ability to utilize oxygen. The mitochondria don't work as well. The heart doesn't pump as strong. The blood vessels don't dilate adequately to allow blood to flow. All those things add together, and the utilization of oxygen goes down. When the utilization of oxygen goes down, dementia sets in, cancer sets in, heart disease sets in. Many other problems happen as well. So being able to measure this can tell us how young you are and actually how long you're gonna live. It's an amazing test. Let me show you some of the other ones. Welcome to the lab. This is where we actually do all of our testing. We process all of our own labs here, and many of you may know that we send things around the world to get them tested. To get the right laboratory done. Now you may say, well, why are you doing all this testing? Let me explain to you. In a traditional functional medicine practice, they may generate 300 pages of reports on you. We may generate 3,000 or 5,000. Well, why would you do that? The reason we do that is so we can actually deconstruct you completely, understand you thoroughly, and with that thorough understanding, we then gain leverage on how to optimize your system, how to make you young again, how to make you live young, enable you to live young for a lifetime. That takes a lot of information. It takes a lot of data to know where all the leverage points are. And utilizing AI now that we have plugged into our electronic medical record, we can actually analyze things in new ways and find new leverage points. It's an amazing process. This is the process I've always dreamed about, which with the advent of AI and the integration into our electronic medical record, we can actually do things for you that we couldn't do even a year ago. Before AI, it would take us hours and hours to go through all of your data and piece it all together. Now with AI, we can do it in a matter of minutes, which actually is good for you because when you come in and you do follow-up testing, we can layer that into what we see and all of a sudden we can update it very quickly for you. It's almost like real-time feedback. It's almost like real-time coaching. And that's really the goal for you. It's the most exciting time to be alive. If you wanna live young for a lifetime, develop a 30-year-old body, 300-year-old mind, this is the place where you start. Let me give you an example of the power of the AI that we're working with. We had a gentleman come to us who's had 3 different cancers. One in 2017, melanoma. One in 2021, prostate cancer. And one just 2 weeks before he started with us was diagnosed, squamous cell carcinoma in the neck. Now the interesting thing is we tested his genetics to see if he had a genetic predisposition for cancer. He did not have a genetic predisposition. What we found in his genetics, however, is that he had difficulty repairing his DNA. He also had difficulty handling oxidative stress. Interestingly enough, in 2015, he started using ozone therapy on a pretty regular regular basis, which is an oxidative stress to the system. 2 years later, he got his first cancer, then his second cancer, now his third cancer. So in his case, a good thing like ozone turned out to be a bad thing. This is the beauty of understanding the individual deeply. We can actually know what's good and what's not good. Maybe sauna's good, maybe it's not. Maybe peptides are good for you, maybe these peptides are not good for you. How do you know? When we have the precision to look deeply and understand you, we can actually say, this is a safe course, this is how you stay young, but these are things that are not gonna work for It's as important to know what not to do as it is what to do. Because if you're doing the wrong thing, even though it's a good thing, like kale may be great to eat, but maybe it's not good for you. If it's not good for you, then it compounds in a negative direction, just like ozone did for this gentleman. So this precision, all of this data enables us to be more precise and to basically take you where you want to go and help you avoid the pitfalls of just guessing. You don't want to guess at this. You only get one chance. You don't want to guess. So I just brought up the concept of ozone. Let me take you over and show you EBOO, which is an ozone machine, and I'll tell you why it could be good or why it might not be right for you. Come on in. Okay, let me introduce you to EBOO. EBOO, what does it stand for? Extracorporeal. What does that mean? It means outside the body. It means we're going to take your blood outside the body through an IV in one arm, run it through the machine, and put it back in The other arm. Okay, so extracorporeal blood ozonation. We're going to ozonate your blood while it's in the machine, meaning adding ozone to the blood, and we're going to oxygenate it, and then it's going to come back in. Your blood's going to come out looking kind of dark. It's going to go in looking bright red. It's going to be highly oxygenated. Okay, so what's the advantage of this? Why would we do that? Well, there's also a filter in here, almost like a dialysis filter, and now we're doing 2 different kinds of filter. EBU and EBU-Safe. The value of doing either one of those is that it can remove certain toxins from the blood. We find it especially helpful for things like Lyme and mold. We also can find that it will rejuvenate mitochondrial function in the right individual. There are some people that shouldn't have EBU done. If you have a genetic SNP called G6PD, ozonation of the blood can actually cause the red blood cells to burst. So we test genetically for every person before we do EBOO. If they don't have that SNP, we know that it's safe. The other thing is there are other genes that may preclude them using it. If they can't handle oxidative stress easily or efficiently, then we don't do EBOO. But in the people that do tolerate it, it's really wonderful. People feel very energized. They feel great. They see their mold levels go down. They see themselves re-energized after Lyme disease or other issues they may have had. Long-haul COVID, for example, can be treated with this very efficiently. So it's It's very, very useful, but it's not for everybody. But you might benefit. The thing you have to know is whether or not you have a G6PD SNP or not. You might have heard from Bryan Johnson that he's done plasma exchange. In fact, I think he used his son's blood as young plasma to put it back into himself. Let me go show you what that looks like. Doing total plasma exchange can actually make you younger. How does it work? Well, what we do is we hook you up. The one side of your arm, pull blood out, run it through the machine, take your plasma, which is the watery portion of the, of the blood, throw it away, add in saline and albumin. Albumin is the main protein in the blood and give you back all the cells. So what does that do for you? Well, it's been shown now that if you actually do that monthly for 6 months and you add in some IgG, which is an immunoglobulin that sort of settles the immune system, decreases inflammation. You can get rid of a lot of inflammatory components that accumulate in your system with age. And if you do that sequentially, they've shown that you can lower your biological age by 9 years on average in 6 months. That's based on DNA methylation testing. So lower your age by 9 years in 6 months doing this monthly with the IgG. We're very excited about this technology. We have many clients doing it. The other thing that we've discovered about this is if you're gonna have a regenerative procedure done, let's say you're thinking about stem cells or exosomes or PRP or things like that, one of the most important things to do is to do this before you do the regenerative procedure. Well, why is that? The reason is because when you put those Olympic swimmers into a swimming pool that's full of lawn chairs and tree branches, they can't swim very well. They can't really do what they're designed to do. When you clean the blood initially, when you take out all those inflammatory markers and Calm things down. Now the stem cells, the exosomes, the peptides, all of those things can work much better. And if we calm your nervous system down to where you're relaxed and calm and not stressed, your body heals much faster than if you just got stem cells. It's so important not to just have the components of regeneration, but to have the right sequence of those components. That's how you get the full therapeutic response. We can tell what you should get based on all the testing we do here, what's safe for you to get, what you actually need, and then we can do it and sequence it in a way that you get the optimal benefit. This is how we think. This is how we make people young here. Let me show you a couple more technologies that we find to be very helpful. Come on. So this is an ultrasound machine. With the ultrasound machine, we can actually get a look at the joint, at the tendons, at the ligaments, and we know exactly where to inject activated PRP, PRP, exosomes, other regenerative factors. So we utilize this for precision. In addition to that, this is pulsed shockwave therapy. Pulsed shockwave therapy puts energy into the tissue that actually releases your own endogenous, your very own peptides, and calls in stem cells, your very own stem cells, to help heal what's going on. Using this in conjunction with the regenerative procedures I'm showing you works very nicely. One of the other things that's in this room is we have the Nuex device, which basically We can hook a person up using pads to their muscles and utilizing these pads on the muscles, we can actually relax them and we can strengthen them. A lot of times people have back pain or lower back pain or whatever because they're basically out of sync. They don't have much glute strength in their glutes. They're all quad dominant and consequently they put a lot of extra strain on their back. We can balance that out by using something like the NuEx. So these are other technologies we have at our disposal. Let me just say this: I take advantage of all these technologies myself. That's why, even though I was born in 1954—I'll let you do the math on that—I literally wake up 27 every day. I went mountain biking in Colorado this weekend; no problems. I mountain biked yesterday morning here in Dallas, crushing big climbs. It's like it's so fun to be youthful. Oh my gosh! Who doesn't want this? What I've been able to show you so far, quite honestly, is just the tip of the iceberg. I mean, there is so much depth here. There's so much insight that we're able to garner, so many ways we're able to help people, particularly with the systems biology AI approach that we're adopting. Oh my gosh, it's a brand new day in longevity. It's, it's the most exciting time to be alive, and we would love for you to be able to participate in that.
