Dr. Jeffrey Gladden outlines a protocol to rapidly boost NAD+ levels: red light exposure with methylene blue, followed by a 17-20 minute ozone sauna and NAD precursor supplements. The ozone oxidizes NADH back to NAD+, enhancing mitochondrial function and ATP production.

You know, one of the things that we do to really boost NAD, which is a nice way to boost ATP, is to use red light with ethylene blue, which is chromophore oxidation, as well as the rest of the electron transport chain. And then immediately after that, jump into an ozone sauna with several NAD supplements, NAD precursor supplements, that when you get out of the ozone sauna— the ozone sauna, we're in it for about 17 to 20 minutes now. Number one, you get the effect of a sauna. Number two, so you're detoxing. Number two, the ozone, which is an oxidative stress, is actually oxidizing the NADH. NAD, basically, in the body is in two forms: NAD, NAD+, and NADH with a hydrogen added. So when you oxidize it, you take the hydrogen off and move it back to NAD+. Well, it's the NAD+ that actually does the work. So it's what's activating, you know, part of the electron transport chain. It's activating sirtuins. It's doing all these other good things.
