Gen X women are not cougars. A cougar sounds too polished and too wine bar. Gen X women are Thundercats because these women were forged in a station wagon with no seat belt, a warm Tab Cola, and a mother chain-smoking Virginia Slims with the windows barely cracked. They didn't grow up with gentle parenting. They grew up with walk it off, rub dirt on it, and don't bleed on the carpet.

I'm gonna have to agree with the little man on this because Thundercat seems a bit more appropriate than cougar for some of the Generation X women that I see out here and what they're doing. Because honey, they are looking good, first of all. But he wasn't lying. He didn't tell a lie on that government cheese part and the seatbelt part. We didn't grow up with seatbelts. We were just like told to sit back and sit down somewhere and be safe without a seatbelt until they had seatbelts. But the government cheese part, for sure. If you can think of a woman that can be resourceful, that can find anything and make it work, and also be resilient, and protect themselves, that really does sound like a Thundercat to me, not a cougar. So I agree.
